I find it a little confusing. Sometimes it is not obvious if your payment has gone through.

I can concentrate fully with my team on caring for our dogs and cats. Revelation Pets works almost automatically and I can manage and accept bookings with just a few clicks.

This software is robust but with an easy user experience.

Complete lack of support once they "got you" loaded. Suddenly loosing booking without support to explain why or offer assitance.

They are also very easily reached by, and highly responsive to an up-front integrated email help portal which also includes an easily searchable and thorough FAQ section.

I guess there are very very small UI/UX design inconsistencies on different pages of the settings. It is by no means an inconvenience as finding it is usually still extremely easy.

Limited accounting functionality for employee paychecks, no way to allocate % made off employees back to your own paycheck.

It has a lot of the same features and performs wonderfully but for an affordable monthly price even with 15 sitters on staff.

Calendar/schedule on mobile is only a list view, hard to see spacing between individual appointments.
