They have changed the timing element of the system which now no longer works for my business.

It was good initially with a few quirks but the new 'upgrade' is a disaster - and the fact they have done it without consultation is horrendous.

I like the ability to have my customers in one place and the ability to see everything in one place

Such as “ask customer if they want a bath”, “did you add the late pick up daycare fee to this PM pick up time”.

From bookings to pet information to financial records  to automated email reminders, I love everything about it and recommend it to anyone.

The only thing I would change is the ability to personalise it, colours etc.

I first applied around 4 years ago and the price was £23.00 per month, it is now over £50, so over double the price within a few years.

Easy to set up, enter information, and see occupancy and usage throughout the calendar.

My business grew from a few customers a day to 35 plus a day.

Integration is so easy, and makes day to day bookings and payments a breeze!

It has a well rounded feature set including customer reminders, various adjustable report settings and integration with third party software.

My overall experience with revelation pet was very positive I thought that it Inc. efficient and effective communication between clients during boarding and daycare visits.

Billing is increased without notification and ZERO recourse to questioning re:billing.

This might work for an in home operation with just a few regulars, but not for us.

There were many other inconveniences, but this was the biggest issue.

Price point and the trial got us in the door.

Looking for an alternative, just had enough of this support shame.

It is reasonably intuitive to use once familiar with the product.

My staff also LOVES the app, especially their ability to get/send messages to clients (we don't give clients our sitters direct numbers so all previous messages had to go through me which could be tedious).

I wish you could collect by credit card before services rather than after because that was what I was used to, but I do understand the process of billing after services.

gps tracking could be better like show distance and route while the service is being performed and some clients want to see locations of each pee and poo spot on each walk and right now only 1 time option for a pee and/or a poop the entire service time

The new drag and drop feature makes it even easier and I can't make a mistake because it highlights the day to drop it on and if I accidentally drop it on a different day, it will tell me. Once I do that, the customer gets a notification that their request was approved. If a customer needs to cancel an appointment, they do it themselves.

I set it up to auto invoice every two weeks and every two weeks all of my invoices get emailed to my customers at about 8am on Monday.
