I love the fact that my customers know when I'm on my way to their pool, they know when I leave, they know what services I performed while I was there, and not only do they get a text when I finish, but they also get an e-mail containing a detailed report along with photos of their sparling clean pool!

The workflow improvements have been great - LOVE the new Jobs tab that allows you to see the entire job from Quote - to Approved Quote - to Work Orders (Completed Work Orders/Total Work Orders) - to Invoicing.

I can see where my customers stand from several places on the desktop and on the mobile app. Plus, there are lots of tutorial videos that help shorten the learning curve.  

I’ve used the platform for over four years now, one of my favorite features would have to be the versatility in the field with the admin capabilities, creating work orders adding new customers.

What I appreciate most is how much my customers like it—they get instant confirmation that I visited their pool, along with clear details about the service and condition of their water.

Skimmer has saved me hours and invoicing scheduling and tracking customers and customer payments it has allowed me to focus on actually running my business instead of filling out spreadsheets

On top of all that, Skimmer has a feature where you can take photos of the pool.

The only thing I kinda dislike about skimmer is the pricing.

Routes are awesome for my techs to get to service locations and have all the info they need.

I can take all the pictures I want from the job and it will automatically uploads the pictures to JobNimbus where I do all the work orders and invoicing.

The sales people are able to take photos on Company Cam and they link into our CRM which saves time and energy.

I wish you could filter files/projects by "no label"  we used labels and could filter projects with certain labels but you cant see just the ones with no label.

We can also automate certain workflows with templates and other efficiencies offered by the software.
