I love the fact that my customers know when I'm on my way to their pool, they know when I leave, they know what services I performed while I was there, and not only do they get a text when I finish, but they also get an e-mail containing a detailed report along with photos of their sparling clean pool!

The workflow improvements have been great - LOVE the new Jobs tab that allows you to see the entire job from Quote - to Approved Quote - to Work Orders (Completed Work Orders/Total Work Orders) - to Invoicing.

I can see where my customers stand from several places on the desktop and on the mobile app. Plus, there are lots of tutorial videos that help shorten the learning curve.  

I’ve used the platform for over four years now, one of my favorite features would have to be the versatility in the field with the admin capabilities, creating work orders adding new customers.

Customers like the format and it adds value to the service.   Unless pricing forces us to switch at some point its the best software we have used or tested.

They keep adding stuff that is not relevant, it is complicating and crowding what was a perfect app. If I need to text a clients I'll do it on my phone, Skimmer charges for each text.

Skimmer is a fantastic tool to keep track of all things "Pool" business.

Then skimmer got greedy $$$$. Why would I want to text my clients from the Skimmer app, I get free text on my phone!  

I’m able to bill my customers from Skimmer, plus, Skimmer has the best support in the business.

The only thing I kinda dislike about skimmer is the pricing.

It will take me a while to get  these customers so the “0-50” option doesn’t quite fit for me.

Routes are awesome for my techs to get to service locations and have all the info they need.

It makes it very easy to onboard new techs as well grow.
