Overall experience has been positive, few hiccups in the early implementation phase and the set back on configurations beijg locked behind help desk support tickets

We have some products in the system under 3 or 4 different part numbers, some with a hyphen added in the number or a S added to the end of the number, It just makes it more difficult during inventory time.

I wasn't too much on the side of the integration part but I do believe it was very simple to swap over all our data from our prior software to this one.

I think it reduces the amount of times I need to contact the help desk.

Its not the most user friendly system unfortunately as there are a lot of moving pieces but with a little training it becomes very easy to use.

The demand of spare parts generated by jobs is based on the job status but doesn't coincide with reality (certain status generate demand when they shouldn't and vice versa)

Unfortunately, any extra function (purchasing, stock management, sales, etc) seems to have been implemented without consulting professionals of the area to understand their needs.

This is the case even if the issue reported actively prevents work to be done and is detrimental to the company and its customers.

We have not yet upgraded to new versions and tiers of the software due to the high costs.

Considering how frequent it is to have multiple deliveries planned on a single order, this is an unforgivable oversight.

The control I have over every aspect of each rental, my products, the pricing, the photos. being able to just change the date of an event for a returning customer, instead of having to put in a whole new order.

The customer gets confused when they see a "C" invoice they assume it's a credit when it is an addition to the invoice.

It has been great, it has really allowed us to track all of our equipment and ensure we are billing our customers correctly, whilst managing a P&L & customer pipeline.

We do not appreciate the current subscription model of the software.   When we initially joined we were able to purchase our user licenses or modules, now for additional users or modules we are leased them.
