I would love it Time To Pet used barcoding for keys since it's difficult to search for keys unless you create a customizable field every time you search, being the default search function in TTP is for Names only.

Time to Pet could benefit from allowing me to edit individual rates on individual sits as incentives for walkers and sitters to take on jobs.

The one thing I’ve found I do not like about this software is that it does not allow for text reminders for client appointments, which is an important feature for my business.

The Portal is easily customizable, allowing you a great deal of freedom in creating your business concept.

The integration is pretty seamless and TTP has a lot more functionality than some of the older applications.

I feel TTP makes my clients see my business as more professional than the many hobbyists in my area.

They know their stuff and they have built the most comprehensive platform I've used to date. And, coming from a competing platform that collapsed, Time to Pet is a breath of fresh air.

I wish there was more automation within scheduling (automatic reminders)  & there is no internal processor to pay contractors/employees (not a problem as there are so many services to do this, but would love everything in one place!).

A simple calendar view would be more appealing and easier to spot inconsistencies.

I also do care for the view when you are looking at a clients schedule.

I no longer worry about my staff not being notified about a change to their schedule or their pay being correct.

Texting is a feature however there is a limit to the number of texts that can be used before an additional charge and recently the charge increased.

They are always adding updates to improve the app & customer/client experience.

Every other part is flexible— but if I want to book multiple people for one time slot or change their price for the day, I have to use a round about method.

It has made running my pet care business so much easier.

Our company is very large and some features make to harder to use, but still better than the alternatives.

I wish we could schedule two team members for the same event without having to book a service for each team member separately.

Employees can clock in and out through the software for time tracking.
