Pros

Customer support has been fantastic our representative has been able to help us out with any requests and questions we had and has gone above and beyond to support us since we have been using Tradify.
Ve been using Tradify for about a year and love it. The interfaces are very user friendly and took me very little time to figure out most features.
Easy to use, quick to learn, well it was for me. Great for getting work progressed and engineers right information straight their smartphones.

Pros

Its simple to use and easily helps all of my staff to achieve their daily goals. Fergus has helped to systematise our work flow to ensure the best benefits for our staff and our clients.
It integrates seamlessly to Xero which has made it very simple to implement. We like the ability to track staff when required and the fact that it has a full health and safety component also.
Fergus have been very helpful. The support team are easy to get a hold off and are very good to deal with.

Cons

No jobs are lost or missed and the seamless integration with MYOB means no double entries, all the customers/jobs/materials is done on Tradify and MYOB is purely for accounting where it excels.
The only thing that I would change if you are midway through a quote and you have to restart it and loose photos due to a mobile device updating etc.
Took no time to change for my old on line job system. I have sub contractors that use a paper based system and they are always later with wrong information.

Cons

Email platform being used ends up in spam too much by clients, told by Fergus that this is because the platform used by Fergus is the same as many spammer's.
The inability to customise a health and safety form for staff to access on site and link to the client file. The inability to attach any general files/photos to the client rather than a specific job.
Very hard to delete or void a mistake (new business so still learning).
