viewMAC is a cloud-based move management system, which helps businesses in real estate and facilities management industries handle workplace floor plans and relocations. Key features include status tracking, secure login, real-time updates, remote access, customizable branding, asset transfers, and reporting.
The application enables facility managers to process MAC (move, add, change) requests for personnel or equipment relocations, letting users track submitted, approved, and completed requests. It helps coordinators manage multiple tasks and monitor active project statuses using color codes. Plus, the system can send automated notifications via email, fax, pager, or calls, in order to provide employees with updates on MAC requests.
viewMAC allows managers to create work orders based on the information about packing, box deliveries, and space reconfiguration provided via MAC forms. viewMAC also helps coordinators automatically update employee locations across floor plans after the fulfillment of every MAC request. Supervisors can streamline the movement of assets during weekdays and remove holidays and weekends from schedules.
