What is PakEnergy Accounting?
WolfePak is a cloud-based accounting solution designed to assist businesses of all sizes in the oil and gas industry, with joint interest billing, revenue distribution, and bank reconciliations. Key features include audit trails, multi-company accounts payable, data import, and reporting and analytics.
The application’s general ledger module lets users record transactions, automate recurring journal entries and generate financial reports. Operators can add vendor information, track payments and purchase invoices, as well as review cash disbursements. The deposit entry feature helps managers scan and upload checks, print bank deposit slips, and update the general ledger.
WolfePak comes with an accounts receivable module which allows accountants to route invoices and purchase orders to suppliers, monitor pending bills, and make coding notes. Users can track the trial balance, calculate interest charges, manage multiple customer accounts, and check outstanding balances. Team members can use the document imaging feature to scan and append various documents, such as invoices or deposits, to transaction entries.
