I'd love to see an AI assistant to give suggestions on scheduling, taking into account  client location, cleaners location, the length of the clean, fitting into the cleaners availability etc.

Adding notes in the app have to be translated before entering which costs us time and money. If the cleaner has their app downloaded in their native language then the notes should automatically translate.

There are many other features layered into it that make my business run more efficiently and professionally. Since it is designed by fellow cleaning business owners, they know the quirks and nuances of the industry, and their software meets these challenges head on and meets us as their clients where we are at. If there isn’t a solution to an obstacle or an idea yet, they are probably working on it now.

when dispatching out cleaners to jobs, if there are some sort of bill assigning cleaners to jobs would make things quicker as we publish shifts every week.

Once in a while, there would be a glitch where you would delete something and then it would end up on the schedule randomly further down the Calendar for no reason.

I wish ZenMaid would have a feature that would allow us to send the completed checklist to the customer with their appointment completion text.

I wish we could have a customizable commercial walkthrough sheet that we filled out during the walkthrough and it saved into our ZenMaid for future reference.

It's a very good system, not as much of a learning curve compared to booking koala - which I spent an entire weekend learning, before deciding to stick with zenmaid.

I did not think it was simple to learn how to schedule clients and also did not like how the calendar looked overall.

Also, if theres one treat to give yourself .....give yourself the gift of time by cutting down your admin by 90% by subbing to Zenmaid as its all so easy on the system.   If you hate tech and think its too much faff , I was the same but when you get the trial you see how easy it is you will never go back.

You cannot scale without a good client management system.   If you don't use one you'll always stay small

The text message add on should allow more texts than the bundle they offer.

Another thing is that these builders know the business and are always looking for ways to improve, as well as considering suggestions from users.

The automated reminders to clients are a huge plus.

Great app, i like it runs payroll, the clock in clock out feature and everything on it

When I first began using ZenMaid about 3 years ago, they didn't have some features, but they have added them since then.

Same price per employee regardless if they are full time or part time (some floaters only clean 2-3 houses per week, it make paid version too expensive for us.)

My least  favorite thing and only issue is that I’m not able to edit my reoccurring very easily.

I have been able to cut back on my admin time by using zenmaid and its automated features such as scheduling, payroll and time tracking.  

We have less lockouts and more payments where clients can add payment details.

The only thing I liked was the module to communicate with the clients.

The app always crashed and wasn't user-friendly.

Swept does not aggregate Issue Management data details or allow me to pre-schedule  push notifications which could be used as a reminder to improve service delivery( example: Remember on Friday we clean the refrigerators...)

Clocking in and out doesn’t work consistently, supply orders doesn’t work consistently, app closes on you in the middle of using it, there’s no automatic clock out feature if staff forget to clock out.

Been able to upload photos and the resolution has gotten better.

I absolutely did not like this product from day one and really tried to like it.    If you are just using it to keep track of supplies at multiple locations, this works pretty good.   But if you are running several service crews that each do multiple jobs at night then look elsewhere.  

I manage commercial on swept but I'm forced to use another program for residential with I also don't like due to swepts finite number of locations.

Overall satisfied with the price plan we have and when used to its fullest will give us advanced information to use to maintain the facilities and employees who service those buildings.

Communication with the field works pretty good as well.   When we come in to the office in the morning we can see any issues the crews report during their shift.

Myself and a colleague are admins but sometimes I'm not able to view a couple locations that he's ables to view or the other way round.

the new updates now limit my ability to see specific client and supervisor feedback.

Electronic time tracking is the way to go so long as users are efficient and know how to use it.

I need more Issue Management tools to assist with retaining clients and team members.

This software  is difficult to manage field crews and the scheduling is terrible

Multilevel management tool that has ease of use and provides the information needed to operate on a more efficient level.

Really helps communicate the areas of concern with client and employee.

It keeps track of hours, mood of my cleaners, budget of cleaning hours, and the crazy schedule.

Filling out inspections sheet sometimes takes too long.

Hard to consider switching based on the number of clients who use Swept.

I am also limited to the length of my notes .

Instructions in word are prone to not be read by the cleaners Since checklists have to be checked, cleaners must at least look at them every time to be able to punch out.
