    Pros
    Tracking when and where my employees are working has been of such help to me. The user friendly layout is very helpful when showing to prospective clients.
    The best thing about the app is about the instant communication you can have with your staff and clients. It helps to make sure that there are not any misunderstandings.
    Fantastic- great help to legitimize my business and bring some order to a chaotic and often mom and pop run industry.
    Cons
    The lack of functionality with uploading pictures.
    I think the only complaint I would have is that as we added more accounts and had those account for longer periods of time, the APP version of the software seems to work slower.
    We have changed the tendency reacting to problems to now be proactive preventing recurring complaints from customers.
