My overall experience with Chime is totally positive. Chime was a breath of fresh air when I had fraudulent activity in my Wells Fargo account. While Wells Fargo was charging me and closing my accounts for something that wasn't my fault, Chime was there for me and allowed me to open my account and continue to bank freely. That was some years ago and I still bank with them today.
At the moment I am loving the Spot Me feature. It allows my account to go overdraft up to a certain amount, and I can bring it into the positive anytime by simply depositing cash into the account. Also, the monthly Boost feature is a great perk. Send a friend $5 and they can send one back to you. The best part? The $5 doesn't come out of your account, it's paid by Chime.
The only downfall, would have to be the ATM fees. There is a $2.50 fee for using any ATM that is out of their network. Sometimes, there is no in-network ATM available, or in the area, so I have to use one that charges a fee, which can really add up quickly.

My overall experience was not fun because I never got to use chime sure to customer service not knowing what the difference between authorized and Unauthorized and who should be banned from opening and using a legit account . I never got my chance to use chime the way I needed for to this . Although I would still recommended others to use and I would try again as well because I loved the extras and features.
What I like most about chime ? The features and upgrade possibilities in the future. Ease of use and navigation. And that it is highly used by people throughout the US.
What did I like least about chime ? The customer service and their lack of knowledge when it comes to Unauthorized opening and use of an account you have no knowledge of by a unknown person.

I like the ease of use; however, if I don't get fund notifications and difficult accessing the the funds and customer service won't help, I can't keep using this service
Ease of use and mobile access. When it worked, it was great.
There are problems with the payment notifications and funds showing in the receiver's account. Customer service is of no help, they don't know why it isn't working correctly and keep saying I'm doing something wrong even though I'm doing things the way I always have and it worked for the last 2 years. They won't help me troubleshoot and determine why it is not longer working. They seemed to be trained to say certain things but have no critical thinking skills to help customers solve a problem.

Great & safe mobile/online banking that offers peace of mind & easy functions. A little lagging on notifications but nothing to bad
It's pretty easy to use & everyone is approved for an account (within the accepted age range). It's credit builder is free & simplistic as are all it's features. Fees aren't exactly hidden but not really posted any where you'd expect to see but even so, most fees are small. Even the mobile check cashing isn't to bad
Customer service. It's the worst. IF you can reach someone, they act as if they're just as clueless & try to over talk to confuse you until your fed up & say nevermind.
