What is AME Payroll?
AME Payroll is a comprehensive payroll solution designed for small and medium-sized businesses. It provides the tools and features necessary to efficiently manage payroll, including the ability to create and print checks for Gross to Net, After the Fact, and Net to Gross entries.
The software includes tax tables for federal and multiple states, as well as most federal and state payroll forms. Key features include the ability to compute pay, calculate federal, state, and local taxes, handle deferred/pre-tax transactions, and manage cash, charged, or allocated tips. The software also offers MICR check printing, multiple pay types and rates, departments, and deductions, and a payroll entry option. Additionally, it provides reporting capabilities, including a payroll journal, register, time sheets, earnings reports, and more. Users can also track accrued, used, and available vacation and sick time, and generate approved laser-printed W-2, W-3, and most state forms.
