What is Messenger?
Diligent Messenger is a secure board communication and real-time collaboration tool designed to mitigate the risk of communication breaches and leaks. Designed for board members within healthcare, education, financial services, banks, and not-for-profits, Diligent Messenger can integrate with board meeting management software to enable secure messaging and on-the-go collaboration.
In order to facilitate real-time collaboration, Diligent Messenger allows users to create pre-set contact groups and group conversations can be launched without the risk of sending messages to the wrong contacts. Contacts, groups, and conversation threads are automatically synchronized across devices so that messages can be sent and received on-the-go and from any device. Controls can be set up to manage conversations including email forwarding, and copy and paste blocking.
For enhanced security, Diligent Messenger also provides controls over permissions for board members within each conversation. Administrators are able to customize settings for governance and regulatory requirements such as login authentication measures, message retention parameters, and custom archiving of messages. Users can also wipe Diligent Messenger data from lost or compromised devices for security purposes.
