It provides various reporting tools, which allow administrators to identify scheduling trends, track staff availability, and manage crew members. HR professionals can monitor employees’ overtime or absences, automate payroll processes, maintain certification and license records, and monitor activities on the dashboard.
With ESO Scheduling's biometric time clocks, administrators can validate employees' clock-in and clock-out timings via fingerprint scans and record comments in case of early or late arrival. The built-in reporting module lets organizations generate reports on timekeeping, payroll, scheduling, and employee data.
