Pros

GoTo meeting is very easy to use and the quality of video and audio is great. I love that I can save my recordings to the cloud.
It is a brilliant and super powerful tool that does not demand any training to use. It has a nice and high definition video quality thus making it best option for conferencing and screen sharing.
It is a good software for teaching purposes, very fast the installation and it is not too expensive. If you have a few students is the best solution.

Pros

It is easy to download and setup. The quality of sound is great and if you need to call in it is very easy.
My overall experience with GoToWebinar has been really satisfactory and it has been a good experience. The audio and video quality is good and the provided controls is also very useful.
The tools in the side really intuitive, I participate a lot in webinars and I'm grateful there is a platform that works perfect and allows us to have a great webinar experience.

Cons

What i dislike is we can add only maximum 100 participants and after completing trial version pricing are very high. It lags while video conferencing and audio syncing problem is also there sometime.
They refused to investigate, even though PayPal reps had thoroughly investigated and had some suggestions. They simply refused to consider the possibility of a problem on their end.
One issue is that any minor interruption in internet connectivity can cause disruption in the call and getting back to the call is a bit of pain.

Cons

I sent out the webinar registration confirmation with no password so I lost more than half my attendees and my business suffered because of it.
Every meeting I have had has had sound issues during which people are cut off or I miss what they are saying.
Poor video and call quality, was difficult to hear conversations properly due to a poor delay.

we've used it with some customers and really works. We've don some webinars and it's a good tool and so simple to use

Cons

WE don't know it in depth, but doesn't look as powerful as Zoom, for example. That's at least our impression

Cons

This platform is not feasible for day-to-day interactions and live chat with customers, clients, or colleagues. It is a Niche player.

Cons

Pros

GoTo Meeting does have a lot of features. If you need to host a webinar, for example, this is a strong software to use.

Cons

It's more complicated than it needs to be for simple team meetings. It's not as straightforward as something like Google Hangouts or Slack.

Pros

Easy to invite a large group of trainees to the Webinar, you can select who hosts the webinar, and can easily reply both in a private chat or in an open chat to questions asked by the audience.

Cons

It takes a bit of time investment to get to grips with GoTo Meeting to host a webinar, and in the capacity used it was not possible to host more than one webinar at a time which was a limit.

The fact that you can have a webinar or demo and have several people all at once follow along through GoTo Meeting is fabulous. You are also able to access the slides when the webinar is over so you can go back and reference things.

Pros

I like that this is an easy platform to participate in webinars. Also every single webinar I attend utilizes this software and it's always easy to follow along, or communicate with the host if you have issues.

Cons

I'm not a huge fan of the chat box feature. If there could be a way to communicate one on one with certain people in the webinar that would be great, if this is already a feature I do not know how to access it.

I like GoTo because it provides an alternative to Zoom, but it's not my preferred interface at this time. It is user friendly though.

Pros

I like GoToMeeting for webinars with a large participant list. It is easy to use and user friendly. It is very accessible because it provides captions and lots of instructions for the user.

Cons

I don't like that the user has to download a specific program to run GoTo on their end. Simply to watch a webinar they have to download a software, which can be a barrier.

GoTo Meeting is a great video conferencing software program. It offers fast and reliable online meeting solutions for professionals and students to meet in real time, face to face. It offers the opportunity to share presentations and is extremely user-friendly. Attendees can join the meetings free of charge and the apps are free to the attendees as well as guests while using this platform. ...

Cons

This is an excellent video conferencing platform. However, this platform does not offer a free plan, like some of its competitors. This plan offers no unique features. Also, in order to host a webinar, the GoTo Webinar package is required. In addition, the transcription feature is not offered in the Professional Plan.

It gets the job done of delivering webinars online but there isn't much satisfaction one receives, as a user, using this platform. Some of its features seems a bit archaic compared to other online meeting platforms. There is room for improvement but if you want to start somewhere with online meetings, this isn't a bad place to start.

Pros

When a user logs onto the link provided for GoTo Webinar, their screen is set-up pretty much without them having to do anything more. They can sit back and enjoy the presenter and their respective screen.

Cons

The software lacks features which can engage the user more during webinars such as breakout rooms or their ability to unmute themselves and ask questions to speakers. Difficult to maneuver if you want the user to participate more.

Pros

I liked that because GoTo had such a strong presence in the market, their integrations with third party apps was really unrivaled when I used them. It made connecting my webinar data to my marketing campaigns quite simple.

We had constant technical issues with GoToMeeting. I'm sure some of our problems were self-inflicted, but still, software tools like this should be straightforward and user friendly. We had recordings get lost, screen sharing not work, VoIP options not work, etc. It became almost a running joke of "what sort of technical issue will we have today with GTM."

Pros

very fast, easy to use, and like most products from citrix, the bandwidth use is quiet low. audio and video support is also good.

Cons

none that i can think of, we have used goto meeting, gotowebinar, goto support and they all work great.

Cons

It has been useful so far but there have been some issues as they go through different technical updates where the product has not fully worked

Pros

GoTo Meeting is used across our company and is easy to implement for multiple users and it allows us to offer virtual tours and webinars which has been very useful in today's time.

Cons

For a basic virtual meeting, something like Zoom is simpler than GoTo Meeting but GoTo Meeting has been very useful for scheduled Webinars.

I could share powerpoints with trainees while also being able to point to specific things on them and communicating verbally with them. I liked that I could mute other meeting members that were being disruptive or didn't realize that their audio was on and broadcasting into the meeting.

Have a great experience using GoTo and in this day and age it is my GoTo Software for meetings.

Pros

GoTo meeting has been. great substitute for meetings that can not be held in person. It allows you to Schedule and have an appointment virtually and works great with the current Covid Social Distance orders in place.

Cons

It was a bit hard to connect at first but once you get it together it is a great and easy way to meet and set people up to uses.

It's easy to start and join meetings with GoTo meetings. You can easily create custom meeting links with it if you want. Call others during the meeting. You can hide your number from GoTo Meeting call Me so that no one can disturb you later. Its security features keep your video communications safe.

Pros

You can use the application from any device (desktop, mobile, tab) simultaneously to record and share meetings. You can join meetings directly from Slack, Google Calendar, Microsoft, etc. It has a webcam gallery and skin sharing on the same skin.

Cons

I have no complaints about the GoTo meeting. But as a small entrepreneur, its prize seems a bit high to me. But it is toll-free in more than 50 countries and 14 days return in case of a business meeting.

As company we always conduct meetings and trainings but staff were distant and it could cost us hire training or meeting venue which sometimes could be expensive, but when we tried Goto webinar now meetings and training are conducted online hence saving and increasing of company revenue

Goto webinar is good meeting platform for all business, i like the software since its easy to down load and setup, integrating it with google sheet,with Goto webinar we are able to download attendance of participants, recording meeting and training sessions which were share later, its has benefited our company because at first were would organize physical meetings , but now participants can join meeting even when they are at their homes , i like the soft ware its working well for us

Goto to webinar with poor network it disturbs alot to connect even also when connected it affects quality of meeting recording.
