To setup a webinar in GoToWebinar, sign in or create a GoToWebinar account. Then click the "Schedule a Webinar" button, and specify the details of your webinar. When finished, click "Schedule," and your webinar is setup. On the "Manage Webinar" page, webinar settings can be customized by clicking edit next to the section you’d like to change.

GoToWebiner recordings are automatically saved to your Video Library online.

If the organizer of your meeting/webinar/training has opted to allow chat or the ability to ask questions, the chatbox in GoToWebinar is in the control panel on the side of the screen. If they choose not to enable these options, you will not see it.
