To setup a webinar in GoToWebinar, sign in or create a GoToWebinar account. Then click the "Schedule a Webinar" button, and specify the details of your webinar. When finished, click "Schedule," and your webinar is setup. On the "Manage Webinar" page, webinar settings can be customized by clicking edit next to the section you’d like to change.

The on-demand feature was everything for me as it increased my reach, boosted my ROI as I've been able to convert my live webinars into contents that are reusable.I enjoyed the experience, it was worth the money.
The download and setting up was quite easy.The interface is amazing. There was not much lagging. The customer service was very responsive. Registration customization was easy and I like the features. The audio and video quality was good. I also love the on-demand feature, it increased my reach and ROI.
The basic version didn't have everything I needed,like more participants. The premium is a little high, you know. Without a very strong internet connection, it would lag and with bad webinar performance. The interface can still be worked on. Integration with eventzilla was quite easy.

Overall experience with GoTo Webinar is really nice.
GoTo Webinar is the most incredible webinar that I have ever used. It comes with screen recording and file sharing functions.
There is nothing that I dislike about GoTo webinar as it enables me to conduct and manage Webinars online.

We love the reliability. We run a weekly webinar and over the past 9 years have done 210 webinars, with a good attendance. Let down by the API and very poor support, which seems worse since the LogMeIn purchase. Now starting to look for alternative webinar solutions.
I have been using GotoWebinar software for the past 9 years and have found the basic service to be very reliable and have done over 210 webinars using it. The video functionality that they have recently added has been a good addition. Over the years that have made it easier for people to dial in, we get few problems. They also offer a phone dial in number for people to listen to the webinar audio.
- The API is the worst API that we have used. Most products provide a simple REST API with a reasonable amount of instructions. The Gotowebinar API is badly documented and is difficult to work with. Just found out that the current API expires on 31 Jan 2019 and you have to move to Oauth2 - a costly migration. - Support for the API is awful. In November we were unable to use the API for 10 days. - The chat function is limited - we developed a chat room to run alongside GotoWebinar, but cannot integrate it with the webinar software - Takes a while to convert the recording

Overall, VERY positive! It's an excellent tool that has continued to improve over the past few years and has awesome reporting features that are required for the courses I use this software for. As with anything, there are a few things that could be added to make the program better, but in my opinion it's the best webinar software available.
GoToWebinar has so many different features available that allow you to create a custom event that fits all your needs. You can make your event unique before it starts by customizing your webinar descriptions, feature images, confirmation emails, registration pages, poll questions, handouts...the list goes on. But you can also make on-the-fly changes during your webinar by adding handouts, editing/adding poll questions, changing attendee permissions, and more.
GoToWebinar's registration confirmation emails frequently go to spam, and this issue causes me additional work. Pre-event, I have to reach out separately to attendees to confirm they received their link, and if not, manually copy/paste their webinar link and email it directly. I also frequently have to field calls and emails during the beginning of the webinar for registrants that don't have their link to join.
