Pros

It is a good software for teaching purposes, very fast the installation and it is not too expensive. If you have a few students is the best solution.

There are a lot of options for delivering the connection info. There is good reporting, and the ability to capture screens, as long as we are working from the office, and strong APIs.

What i dislike is we can add only maximum 100 participants and after completing trial version pricing are very high. It lags while video conferencing and audio syncing problem is also there sometime.

They refused to investigate, even though PayPal reps had thoroughly investigated and had some suggestions. They simply refused to consider the possibility of a problem on their end.

GoTo Meeting

Easy solution to setup video calls on the go

Pros

Given the nature of my work which involves setting up calls with clients and agencies all over the world, I've ended up many times struggling to find a solution that allows me to call all stakeholders without having to install new software or bypass proxies (Skype and Google Hangout are blocked in certain countries!). GoToMeeting came to the rescue. You simply host a meeting room and invite (via email) all other guests. It can be hosted within most modern browsers, and allows you to do text,voice and video chat. In addition, you can share your screen to show your presentation. A simple virtual meeting room!

Cons

Can be laggy at times, and we still faced issues with users who don't have modern browser set up (still using classic Internet explorer!) Takes a few times of using it to figure out where the buttons are and what the notifications/icons are about.

Great for Helping Non-Tech Savvy Clients

We have been using LogMeIn Rescue for the past month to help clients download virtual meeting software and to help them access financial and insurance statements within our company portal. It has been a lifesaver.

Pros

I like that I am able to assist clients remotely with technical issues that arise from download error or when when they need to access a financial statement in our login portal

Cons

I don't like that the client has to download an applet in order to benefit from the service. Making it browser friendly and only for the browser would be wonderful. Not sure how that would work though.

LogMeIn makes our Company-Wide Meetings so much easier!

We use LogMeIn Rescue when we host our bi weekly all hands meetings and it is great! We are able to login from our 5 different office locations for our meeting and make sure everything is connected and working correctly. I would definitely recommend!
