Pros

Overall I am happy with the ease of use of this product. GoToMeeting offers a very user friendly experience for an affordable price.
The three main areas of its excellence includes quality of the call, great features and efficient customer support. Its compatible with all platforms and also mobile phones.
Friendly user interface helps when managing multiple meetings. Audio and Video is nice and clear and the platform works great on both PC and Macs.

Pros

There are a lot of options for delivering the connection info. There is good reporting, and the ability to capture screens, as long as we are working from the office, and strong APIs.
This program is very easy for our staff to use, and very easy for the customer to initiate a support session. The ability to transfer client sessions between Tech Support reps is great.
Mobile support is amazing as I love being able to remote into my home computer from my phone.

Cons

Sometimes in the group call when using the group chat it is very annoying to open chat box over and over again as after sometime it collapse automatically.
When your party is not ready you’re put into a Waiting room and sometimes you get stuck there ...have to reset the entire link. Sometimes the voice gets skittle distorted for a short period of time.
Correct me if I am wrong but if I used this on a daily basis as a host I had to may a fee and was only allowed so many participants.

Cons

It can be annoying when you are in the middle of a time sensitive issue and need a tech to connect to your computer.
A lot of bugs that makes it difficult to control.
Nothing, I use this software for the last 3 years. I don't think so i have any problem in 3 years.
