Easy of use, and stability of connection are two of the best features of this product, the fact that its wireless and it has small size is a good too.
It is a problem for skeptics as usual for any new tech.
It's been great the connection is very stable and reliable, I loved the customer service as well, they were there when I needed which is the best.
Can be unstable at times and freezes every once in a while.
We found the best solution to provide our customers web meeting, conferencing and presentation solution without having a Helpdesk or a technician behind the solution.
Limited range on wifi signal, meaning it is difficult to use these in a large space even when the antenna are moved to a central location.
I love how with one click of a button, I can cast wirelessly from any device. This allows for ease in all of our meetings.
One has to go online to title the Clickshare screen to ones title name. Which can be some what difficult to change.
The product works and works well, it does what it says for the most part. I'm not saying it's not great, but I would say barco thinks it's better then it is.
The Clickshare Conference system is great for setting up conference rooms for 2 video conferencing and share the screen.
Quick and simple end user adoption was amazing.
Reliable, easy to use, works well in our Citrix environment.
The software is easy to use and easy to deploy. Barco is a well known brand in conferencing and the ClickShare conference is a must have product.
The ease of getting it connected to our Logitech Conference equipment caused us to actually purchase a 2nd one for our smaller conference room.
The product was easy to use and integrated into our business processes easily.
Easy to setup and integrate. I wish the software remembered previous users better though.

This has been a great management tool for our company, the integration of comms has been great and has allowed us to cut down on mails as which has been amazing.
The worst thing is that some resources are paid, which limits the use of the platform by people who cannot pay.
The paid version has some excellent functionality additions like dependencies and custom labels/tags, which can be really helpful.
Sometimes tickets get lost or buried but I feel that this comes down to user error and workload management and is not so much a fault of ht software or design.
Overall, I love that Asana is super easy to use, but also has more advanced features when you need them.
I find it very inconvenient that I can't copy tasks to another project on mobile. This is my only complaint about Asana.
Asana is awesome for project management especially when working with a team. It has an easy interface to use, it is great.
Limited storage space for the smaller plan which is inadequate for the bigger projects and notification sometimes get delayed.
So far it's been great, I looked at a couple of their competitors and Asana seemed to be the best. So far I'm happy with our decision.
Portfolios are great for keeping an eye on multiple projects. Having the ability to add tasks to multiple projects is a big plus and very helpful so that tasks can be seen from various perspectives.
I find this incredibly easy to use and helpful to plan future projects and tasks for each. It has a nice structure, which helps.
It’s nice to look at the tasks I have for the day or week in a manner that doesn’t have me scrolling so much or doing a lot to gain access to a task. The templates for projects help immensely too.
I love Asana because of the easy to navigate interface, visual organization, and ability to create custom fields that allow my agency to get the most out of our project setups.
This software program is great for our smaller team and cost effective as well. We are able to manage team projects and I like that we can set it up for recurring monthly projects.
I love how many other programs integrate with this software. It is a great project management tool for freelancers or agencies.
Easy to use, great customer service, and fun (yes a software can be fun).
Overall experience with Asana is good. Its easy to use and worth the money.
Asana has a good community and support that can help.

Asana has a good community and support that can help.
Approvals are easy to accomplish quickly, the customer support is amazing, the software is fairly intuitive and easy to use.
Prepping for the last board meeting, I had an incident where the linked agenda just "disappeared" with the notation, File Corruption.
Functionality and ease of use are both fantastic. With all the bells and whistles it is easy as a user.
Even though I repeatedly say no security questions every time I open it I get security questions and sometimes it rejects my answers even though they are correct.
What I like most about NASDAQ Boardvantage is their customer support. Not only are always helpful and pleasant, but they are readily available.
It was took difficult to coordinate audio with the BoardVantage meeting.
As mentioned above it is pretty user friendly AND the Tech Support is amazing. Every person that I have talked to has been patient and very helpful.
We have had some teething problems and think we made the initial set up too complicated. Some of the navigation can be a bit clunky at times.
My overall experience has been positive. The folks that I have or currently work with to manage our account and troubleshoot issues are all fabulous.
We have had a many year positive relationship with this company and software and appreciate the ease of use for the user and for our Board of Directors.
I appreciate the ease with which you can create a board book and then change it around as needed to match changes in the schedule as well as the ability to track who has logged into the system.
I have found the portal to be an outstanding tool in communicating with other board members and the Executive Director.
I love that small changes don't equate to a large amount of time and work. This is also great for living documents that change often.
Nasdaq Boardvantage is a great place to safely and securely house Board of Director materials. The application is very intuitive which makes for easy use of the application either on a laptop or ipad.

Pros and Cons from ConnectWise ScreenConnect users
+15
The integration of connectiwise with other software is great. This is the reason why I really love this software.
Horrible, horrible customer service and support. I was constantly getting false positives.
So far it was a breeze to set up and create groups of my PCs I manage. Having the ability to share passes for 3rd party IT help is nice too.
Product support is disappointing. On the few occasions that I have needed to reach out to support, I ultimately figured out how to correct the problem myself.
We have been a screen connect/Connectwise Control user since 2012, a brilliant piece of software and pricing is very competitive. It's quick and supports a large number of clients.
The big thing we learned was not to use the unstable branch in production and that for more than 4 years the unstable had never caused us issue.
The best part has been the ease of initiating and deploying ConnectWise. It was important that we got a remote system up and running quickly and this software allowed us to do that.
The fact that my sessions are always losing connection and out of date. It also doesn't support Edge very well.
With that being said, ConnectWise has been 100% functional and satisfactory in this capacity. Super, super easy to deploy and use.
How light weight and simple the deployment is. I am super impressed with how easy the remote client is to install, especially in a domain environment.
Love the easy options and nice layout. I have a few items in the toolbox that i can use often.
What we like best about this software is the ease of use, functionality, transfer speeds, toolbox, and cost fits.
ConnectWise Control is incredibly easy to use and comes with some great features to ease remote management of Windows.
The first day that we implemented this solution it paid for itself. The ease of access into our clients system enables us to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
Overall excellent product. Support has been great when needed.
ConnectWise does have a good pricing tier. They are relatively inexpensive (or free) to use when doing support on personal systems.
It works really well and integrates nice with other ConnectWise products to easily allow our team to connect to different computer.
We contacted technical support and they were so helpful that we ended up getting all of our client's computers checking into the server up restoring the license key.

Their support has been great in helping me with any issues I have, and that has been very few and far between.
Notifications that uploads have been unsuccessful are a little too subtle - meaning that you can miss it if you are working quickly (as we so often are during board pack creation).
The Board is happy with the software, it is user friendly, displays well on computer, tablet, or phone. As an admin I am happy with the support whenever it is needed.
Sometimes the icons are confused and even when you created a page, the icons inside this page are weird.
OnBoard has been great for our Board members and all users enjoy it. Great communication tool, very easy to use.
The video I could see and hear was choppy and hard to follow. I was unable to log in from my portable devices, and when I thought I was logged in, i could not be heard.
Also, the agenda is super easy to build. And it will be terrific to have all the board documents from our meetings saved on the portal and accessible at any time.
I'm not sure that it is an actual con, but, the permissions are a little confusing to me. I will set up meetings and resources for my boss to tell me they are not in OnBoard.
Very professional, supportive and knowledgeable people who walk you through the onboarding process and provide continual support and check-ins. Very impressive and welcome.
The customer support is great as they are very responsive and friendly to work with and the online resources are also very helpful and easy to use.
OnBoard provides a secure and convenient way to share Board packets, policies and important information. Robust features, easy to use, highly secure.
It has been a positive experience overall. They are there to support you and offer assistance when and where needed to help make your Portal a success.
We really love this product. It's great for the price and easy for our end-users and boardmembers alike to use it, many of whom are not tech savvy.
Their customer service is fabulous, the product is great, and seems to always be evolving.
The ability to build your agenda and attach the information is great and helps members find the meeting information in one place without having to scroll through an entire book.
Does everything I need it to; integration with Zoom; unlimited storage; ease of providing documents to board members and all committees; good looking/ease of use; responsive staff at OnBoard.
The calendar feature is also nice for members who sit on multiple committees and the fact you can add your zoom link in or do zoom integration is great.
OnBoard is very user friendly for a variety of types of technology users. It is cost effective and can be used in a very simple way or more customized for fuller integration with other systems.

We love the software and the service from support is outstanding. We have a phenomenal relationship with eSCRIBE staff.
As a result staff got frustrated and lost trust in the software.
It makes putting together an agenda a pleasure instead of the old nightmare it use to be. The ease of putting in agenda items once approved is amazing.
We lost some functionality after the last upgrade.
Customer service is outstanding - friendly, quick to respond and very helpful.
The information provided for updating is a bit confusing. As I am not a techno wizard when the updates come I am never sure if they are to be forwarded on to all eScribe users or just ipad users.
Ease to create agendas and the task management allows us to keep track of outstanding issues from every meeting. We are looking forward to seeing the product in HTML.
The inability to track resolutions (I am not sure how others manage their resolutions to ensure completion or to see what resolutions are still "on the books").
It has been an overall positive experience. Customer service is awesome.
I like the ease of use of the software. I like the added functions with the latest upgrade.
We have had great success with the new version and the added features.
Ease of use / very user friendly. Conducting a meeting / webstreaming is effortless.
Product has all the features we are looking for and Customers service is always courteous and quick to solve any issues we encounter.
The ability to manage meetings without paper required.

I love the ease of loading papers. I love that I can change the agenda up to the last minute before publishing and the numbering of items all changes automatically - brilliant.
We would be significantly worse off without BoardPro.
My Board members love the ease and can be confident we are exceeding the requirements of our constitution.
There are only one or two things that are missing but I see that they are in development, for example, Chairperson sign off of minutes electronically.
Good, I was an early adopter and seen it's functionality grow steadily over time - I am happy to recommend it for my clients and contacts to consider. Very good communication with the company.
The pop up messages can be a bit annoying and distracting in the middle of a meeting.
There seems to be a solution for all questions I have asked of your customer service team. They are helpful and fast and have been a great help to me.
Actually I struggle to think of anything material as a con.
The meeting participants find it intuitive and easy to use - it's been a positive change. The support is friendly, prompt and helpful.
The best part about this software is for me in the ability to have continuity of how you report to your board. It ensures that there is a consistent meeting flow and process.
Our Board love the information all being in one centralised location and the training videos are easy to follow and very helpful.
BoardPro has achieved this and impressed our Directors, the legal teams involved and our American VC's as well. Fair to say that we rely on BoardPro to manage this aspect of the business completely.
Exceptionally easy to integrate into our school. I particularly like how all board documents are saved in one place and you can check each document off as you read it.
I find the software excellent & very easy to use. I've asked a question & received a very prompt & helpful response.
Well done on such a great product at a very affordable price.
Has made role as Chair so much simpler and meeting management more effective. Boardpro (the team) really responsive to queries, and the response is rapid.
The initial "Try BoardPro for free" offer meant we were able to engage with the product without any risk - this was complemented by the excellent online customer service provided by PoardPro.
We no longer have to use paper packs which saves money, time, and resources. All the documents are easily located and archived in one easy location with a good layout and view set up.

Any number of interested participants can call in provided they have the conference number, and the sound quality on the call is also quite good.
It's a weird thing to say but I don't like the name...It's almost embarrassing to invites someone to a professional meeting via "freeconferencecall.com.
I love Freeconferencecall.com. It was a lifesaver at the beginning of the pandemic, but even before that, I was using it for conference calls and to conduct telephone mediations.
One thing I don't like is whatever the limitation is that causes magicjack users to be unable to use the service along with other VOIP users.
I like that you had the ability to record the call and access it later on your computer. I liked how easy it was to make an individualized link to send to people.
At the beginning the announcements were quite annoying (whenever you mute/unmute someone, when someone enters or leaves the call...) until I found out what box to check to omit the announcements.
All the addons are really awesome and it did exactly what it offers. I don't have to contact customer care and which is really an awesome experience.
We sold tickets to two performance times fo our live, interactive show hosted via Free Conference Call and had to cancel because of an internal server error.
I love Free conference call- it really is easy to use and I still have not made the switch over to zoom because I am so used to FCC and it just as easy to use.
The simplicity in using FreeConferenceCall, along with the excellent connectivity, makes it a natural choice for our all-volunteer Board to hold our meetings in the off-season of our summer community.
Great software lot of value for your money PLUS: very generous free option.
FreeConferenceCall is a great option to use if you are on the go and want to have a call with several people. You aren't required to download software and it doesn't cost you a penny.
So there we find the solution more helpful to connect with all member through a phone call.
Overall, this is a very useful tool to connect virtually with others. The easy to use features made it easy to connect with our team around the US.
Great conference solution for small businesses.
The price for Free conferencecall.com is, indeed, free and cannot be beat. I primarily use the software for teleconferences, not videoconferences (for which I have Zoom).

I cannot day enough great things about Aprio. From the ease of use of the product to the amazing customer service Aprio is a well rounded product that is every Board administrator’s dream.
Unfortunately, there are many. Login issues, syncing issues, annotations/surveys showing for some but not all, documents error loading, file error loading, app would close off for no reason, etc.
The product is very easy to use and it is great that it has both web access as well as apps in the leading platforms.
Another frustration is the timing out feature.
The fact that they were a Canadian company was also a huge benefit. The product for the price was a good selling point for our Directors.
Sometimes the program is slow. It is difficult to go from one section to another without having to return to the dashboard each time.
Aprio staff are wonderful to work with; they are accommodating, understanding and very quick to respond to any inquiries, whether it be to assist the administrator or its Directors.
As my referencing was spasmodic confined to four times a year back referencing was necessary not only with reference to data fed on Aprio but other emails. I found it difficult to link both.
I love that all our information is located in one depository for ease of access by everyone given permission to use it.
A great vehicle to send sensitive documents to Board Members without having to use email. Posting Executive Team as well as Board documents is so easy and time effective.
Information is passed from office and Senior Management to Board quickly and effortlessly giving the ability to make decisions and approvals faster and efficiently.
Myself as the administrator and our IT department undertook a review of several software companies, and for the price, Aprio seemed to be the best option.
My overall experience with APRIO has been excellent.
So Easy to Use - Seamless roll out to Board of Directors. The addition of the Aprio Board portal has been integral in bringing our Directors into the technology age.
Second, I like the fact that the library holds documents that are easily accessible.
There customer service was very quick to respond and very friendly; however, the technology did not keep service wise.

The weekly meetings in the months leading up to the event and the dedicated support during the event itself were both extremely helpful.
There does not seem to be a reason for them not working and the cryptic error message does not resolve the problem either.
Customer service is amazing, and highly personalized. It is great that our team can generate reports to view and customize product categories, and online booth profile functionality.
Overall updates made by Pathable often affected our program poorly - one such was discovered during our program.
My experience with a2z has been excellent. The customer service is beyond amazing.
There's not a lot I don't like about the a2z software. In the rare case that I do experience any issue, it's usually due to my own user error.
We absolutely love our experience with A2Z Events. We find so many of the features and programs to be so easy and helpful to use, as do our exhibitors and attendees.
If you type a company name wrong it won't find it.
Our attendees loved the ease and sponsors loved how nice the branding looked.
It's so easy that we can provide them with a SSO link not only for the console but for our show partners as well, Shepard and CDS. It's nice that our exhibitors have such a streamlined experience.
The team of people that I work with to develop the conference platform are great. The platform is relatively easy to navigate once shown.
I love using the floorplan for assigning, vacating, and moving exhibitors all around. It's so easy to move exhibitors and change the pricing all at the touch of a button.
The ease of use, and various financial, communication, and floor plan functions.
All of the Personify team members that are on our account are always quick to respond and always willing to help us find a solution or creative idea for our event management.
I find a2z to be very easy to use from the admin side.
How easy it is to void/refund a credit card transaction.

The team is great, and we feel well cared for. Overall it's a great product supported by a great team, and we're happy Eventsquid customers.
I struggled with some of the payment options and that was frustrating at times. It is not clear how payments should be properly handled.
For me, the most impressive aspect of Eventsquid is their customer service. Yes, the product is fantastic, but due to their highly responsive customer service team, I have become a raving fan.
The event evaluation tool also needs work - we've continued using Google Forms for this because the information is hard to use once people leave reviews in Eventsquid.
Eventsquid has a unique way of outlaying details of an event in a comprehensive yet visually pleasant manner. Lovely integration with mobile app solutions too.
And if it wasn't due to either of those reasons, customer service was right on it to correct anything... including my mistakes.
It offers professional registration sites for groups that can be customized for a variety of uses and applications. And the customer service is outstanding.
Compared to using more basic and very limited registration software, it took some time to learn how to set up an event with all of the features that they have.
It has done a great job integrating with Zoom so we can deliver this critical course in a safe, secure environment.
We really like the ease of use and the report system. As with any new system, we have had a learning curve, but the customer service with Eventsquid has been prompt and the corrections were easy.
Eventsquid (ES) has given us amazing event organization capabilities at an incredibly reasonable price.
Customer service is top notch from the Sr. level down and everyone on their team was very responsive. Training was thorough and timely.
From the start I found the company great to work with. They are very hands on from the demo/sales side all the way through with them taking you through your "lessons" so you can learn the system.
The people at Eventsquid are very easy to connect with and obtain assistance. The product itself is worth the investment for all of the available options it provides.
The feedback from our participants was overwhelmingly positive (both the for the event itself and their interaction with Eventsquid).
Integration was easy, the team at Eventsquid is very responsive to questions.
The product is feature rich and easy to use. Compared to some other products we have used, Eventsquid has an intuitive interface.
We have since adopted EventSquid as our enterprise-level event management system. We're excited to continue learning the platform and the many needs it can meet.

Tech support has been very responsive. Received an email from customer service/support to arrange a tutorial if I needed help setting up the system - very helpful to make sure I set it up correctly.
She tagged the problem, hunted down the right solution and now i get no more calls from one of the biggest scammers in US and no more robo calls.i can actually sleep at night.
Probably my favorite thing about Virtual PBX is the ability to place and receive calls from "the office" from just about anywhere. Their "follow me" features are very convenient.
Only problem I had was the switch over from old software to new software, I had a problem with calls no longer being forwarded but it was quickly resolved.
Set up is quick and easy; Call quality is excellent.
I'm finding it difficult to identify something I don't like about the software.
I like that you can receive on-line help and more often then not they'll be able to guide you to fix the issue.
Using the app on my android phone was slightly confusing, but customer service walked me through setting it up on the system.
AMAZINGLY WONDERFUL- I believe, she has a sixth sense on support.
Overall I’ve been very happy with the service and it’s a inexpensive alternative to answering services.
Easy to work with, very flexible, really nice team to work with.
The customer service I recieved was excellent.
The price cannot be beat. I am happy with the service and customer service.
Started using a VoiP system a few years ago and we've been very happy with it.

The best features of Slack are its innovative interface and easy to use features. Slack makes it simple, and even kind of fun, to communicate with your coworkers quickly.
While they are only visible to me, I am always worried that I accidentally posted something wrong.
I like the different slack channels for various departments, tech-support, team, individual messaging, and celebrating my teams successes or helping each other out with account challenges.
I disliked the inability to make a public group "private" after it's creation. Would occasionally lag and my.
Slack has been a winner for me no matter which role I am filling. Teams adopt it quickly it's easy to use, easy to set up, and has abundant opportunities for integrations.
I hate hate hate how often I struggle with using the video share and audio when someone calls me on slack. It almost never works for me.
Slack has been the best decision made as far as intra-company communications platform, and also project friendly. Sharing of files and easy display help save time and effort.
They found it awkward that everything was a chat in Slack and uncomfortable with sending out a message that may "bother" others for small issues, and reverted to email, even with consistent reminders.
Super easy set up, effortless onboarding, and great pricing plan for small groups. It has strong search functionality and intuitive threading.
I like the chat option because I can send and receive real-time messages and chat with my team directly and the Slack messaging app is very powerful and amazing.
You can have fun and customize. For example: We have a 'Jokes' channel that the slack bot will tell you jokes if you ask 'bot tell me a dad joke'- It's amazing.
It's super easy to stay connected with all of your colleagues. The desktop app is very nice.
It combines the depth you get from email communications with the efficiency of texting. And, if you do it right it is great for building a good, fun company culture.
In addition, files are saved and archived for easy access. I also liked the ease of use and ability to collaborate with anyone in your organization.
I love the giphy option, some of the gif’s are hilarious. Also, some of the integrations are very useful - google calendar especially.
I like the ability to quickly reach out to someone with a quick question vs. email. Having groups is also useful for the same reason of quickly updating a broader, interested audience.
Slack was a great platform that made the workplace feel like a community. Its user friendly interface allowed everyone to come together and share messages of high importance.
OVerall Slack is very good and highly recommended if your budget allows it.

Love it, love it love it. As a small business, it has al of the tools we need to run and operate our business.
For example, inserting code into a google doc is sometimes ugly and extremely inconvenient. I imagine there are other similar specialized use cases that should be added.
My overall experience with Google Workspace has been great. There are so many useful tools within it and it is perfect for a business owner.
We did run into occasional glitches and bugs, especially where access permissions are concerned, which can be a problem.
A really great place to work out of, ease of use is 10/10, and just really a workplace's best friend.
At times when files are imported from external apps such as Microsoft 360 for example there are loss of formatting and data types which is inconvenient.
Google Workspace is a great productivity suite that always feels great to use. We use it every day, and have always been happy with it.
It seems that it has more potential if someone would have thought a bit more on usability. The worst part in Google products is the lack of support.
The integration of Google Meets was a good addition that responded to the evolving marketplace of remote visual meetings (and at least for now it's free, which is also a great bonus).
I love having everything in one spot and the pricing is really good for me too. I like that they offer a BA agreement option as well.
The best part is that it provides all the google tools like, docs, slides, sheets, meet, and many other in this one workspace. So, by this you can make your workspace more effective and productive.
Gsuite comes with a bunch of features that makes email user friendly, secure, and professional. It has great calendar, video conference, storage, and great synchronization with the smart phone.
There are great turnkey templates that are suitable for quizzes, courses, grading and reporting. Email infrastructure is great for using inside your organization.
Its awesome, customer service is ALWAYS super helpful and help you out very quickly with any issues and its also very easy to use.
G Suite is a very reliable, cost effective and easy to use product. I would recommend it to anyone and have recommended it to my friends.
Lots of integrations with other platforms made it so strong in it's segment. Their Help section is amazing to find solutions if we don't know something about the platform.
It is scalable and can be easily managed across devices. Features like 'schedule send' are a godsend, the ability to label emails and creates folders makes it so easy to focus on what matters.

What I enjoy most about Zoom is its ease of use, ability to record meetings, and its affordable price point.
I think we were so overwhelmed by the zoom at this bad time that there is nothing to worry about.
The cost benefit is very good and ease of connection, I can share the screen during meetings, and excellent for my work.
If I do have problems sharing my screen, etc. then I have to typically leave zoom and re-enter the meeting. It always solves the problem but is an annoyance.
The fact that it is easy to learn, as well as the quit and helpful response from customer service. I am glad it was recommended to me and I will continue to help others by doing the same.
There has been a few times where Zoom doesn't work well with my internet and I'll randomly be dropped from calls with no warning.
Easy to use, accessible by everyone, quick learning curve, good overall tools, easy integration with any laptop and good mobile app. Easy to change background.
When I was using zoom for online class it was irritating everybody was lagging, you couldn't understand a word anybody was saying and the main problem was the lag.
Has great features like the ability to change the background, the ability to raise my hand and the fact that I can use reactions. Safe because each meeting requires a link, meeting ID and password.
It is very user friendly - so easy to set up a meeting within the organization. The video and audio quality are good too.
Very easy to use - this is important when holding meetings with those who are not quite as IT literate. Quality of the calls is good.
It is the most popular off video chatting software so everyone easily has it accessible. The smartphone application is nice as well.
Easy to use, can have many people on same call. Good quality audio and amazing quality for the video.
It works perfectly on smartphones, tablets, and notebooks, being a light software and most users can have a great experience with the free mode.
Enable huge group of people and awesome breakout room function. Screen sharing is wonderful as it allows to share or not share the original computer sound.
I love being able to stay home or in the office while having an important meeting with others and feeling safe during a pandemic. I also like that you can put a password so random people can't join.
The new features that add fun things like beards and overlays is great too. And the outlook integration is a must.
Such an insanely good value for the money, I could seriously shout it from the rooftops. Such a functional product with equally amazing customer service.

The VPN feature is amazing i use it with usb redirector and it works great i can control the computer and the usb eith the vpn and usb director yogether i love that feature.
Occasionally there are errors, we get bumped from a server, or we have to restart a machine locally to re-connect -- but those issues are few & fear between. This is an issue maybe ~2% of the time.
It helps on easy to use interface with a powerful remote features. Its fast and easy to navigate through the interface with a quick support to desktop, which is amazing.
I tried to cancel last year just be told it was done incorrectly (wasn’t processed by them) not that they admitted this. I was forced to pay a credit agency with the threat of penalties.
The easy to use application is so simple to learn and navigate. The ability to tackle projects even when your not physically at the office is fantastic.
Sometimes it gets a little unstable, but I think the problem is more on the internet than on the program itself.
The capability of TeamViewer of being available everywhere is a great plus of the program. We are able to resolve IT challenges in realtime no matter the distance between the technician and the user.
Support team is not enough technically proficient. Documentation on their website is sometimes obsolete or misleading.
IT is good to use in production. You need a stable internet connection and a good working computer with good hardware in it.
Great remote desktop software, easy to use for both controller and controlled parties, nice secure and generally great software.
It is a reliable software with high reputation so it works flawlessly with lots of functions so its nice to own.
I love being able to seamlessly access my computer from my laptop or cell phone with ease. Having the freedom to use a lower cost device to remote access a more powerful computer makes life simpler.
What I like most about this application is the ease with which I can use it to remote into computers which we manage in our student lab environment. It is seamless and quick.
It's a great low cost option for small business which is why we enjoy it. Very user friendly and easy for introduce to new team members.
I like TeamViewer because it is a very stable remote tool. And at that time using this, I was with technical support helping out folks remotely with their system.
This product helps in the office if a colleague needs some technical help on the pc. They can either allow or invite someone they know and trust to access their PC.
The overall image quality is good and the integrated chat, options to update remotely, reboot, block remote enter, etc makes teamviewer a great support tool.
Easy to use, easy to set up. Also suitable for more advanced scenarios using their APIs.

It's super easy to use and straightforward. Very intuitive interface to interact with and works like a charm.
I hate that when I'm presenting, I can no longer see the person I'm talking to. And I wish it automatically opened a new window rather than just a tab that can get lost if I have too many open.
This is a great program that allows you to truly connect with your team and friends, the price is great and free.
I had many fake accounts from Africa try to entice me into lovers scams. Since rebranding, to Google meet it has been hacked twice this week.
I love that the app runs from the browser and does not need to be installed on the PC. I also love that it does not have a time limit and is very easy to use.
I dislike seeing it when people are presenting something because it is a distraction and gets in the way of the display.
I was using another platform but my students like this one better. After figuring out where some host controls were- it was super easy to navigate and use.
I'm constantly using the web version and haven't been able to figure this part out yet. But this feature it terrible and can cause you to loose shared links from conversations.
It's free so it's good to have meeting for those who use it for day to day stuff. From my experience the quality is stable.
I love that this software automatically integrates with google calendar, is free, and has good functionality. I use this over Zoom because of the convienance.
This is a great communication app. It is perfect for communicating with Clients, Colleagues, Friend and Families.
I like how integrated and streamlined Google Meet is since I used Google for most of my business purposes. It's great to have a free, reliable option for video conferencing in this day and age.
Good Meet is easy to use, as are most of the Google products. I like the ease and robust platform.
Our experience with google meet has been great it’s just simple to use the support team is outstanding we love it.
This is a great product and I'm thrilled to have it as an option available to meet with clients and colleagues during the pandemic.
We love the ability for our team members to work from home, interact with clients and stay 100% productive because of the telecommuting ability of google hangouts.
Google Meet is an excellent option for small and big businesses and the price is great too compared to other apps.
Google Meet is customer friendly and easy to use the first time you want to. Great for quick meet-ups.

GoTo meeting is very easy to use and the quality of video and audio is great. I love that I can save my recordings to the cloud.
What i dislike is we can add only maximum 100 participants and after completing trial version pricing are very high. It lags while video conferencing and audio syncing problem is also there sometime.
It is a brilliant and super powerful tool that does not demand any training to use. It has a nice and high definition video quality thus making it best option for conferencing and screen sharing.
They refused to investigate, even though PayPal reps had thoroughly investigated and had some suggestions. They simply refused to consider the possibility of a problem on their end.
It is a good software for teaching purposes, very fast the installation and it is not too expensive. If you have a few students is the best solution.
One issue is that any minor interruption in internet connectivity can cause disruption in the call and getting back to the call is a bit of pain.
What I also loved was the quality in which meetings were being recorded In. They also provide a feature where you can save and share each recordings with others.
There are a few companies that use Go to Meeting and I Dread it because I Never can connect. Always an error message.
It is very easy to join a meeting using GoToMeeting. The quality of audio in the meetings is fantastic.
I liked the ease of ease of use and how easy it was to invite multiple people and have them all connect seamlessly.
I love that you're able to have meetings or classes with large amounts of people with great quality audio and visuals and get a real interactive experience.
This product has amazing quality and the software is easy to use and has clear visuals and audio. It is also easy to customize the features to your preferences.
In General this software is very good, very fast and easy to use and have a good price.
Amazing experience and the customer service is very helpful when needed.
We're happy with the cost, happy with the basic features, and we'll likely be switching from zoom.
Overall, it is a very good tool which helps you to manage your meetings along with the reminders. It easily gets integrated with your calendar and you can plan your project meetings easily.
It is a pretty nifty piece of software and people can access a meeting by a link that's customised and help them access it with just one click. Software integration with my other apps works well too.
I really like this software because it is really useful for holding meetings. You can customize it by creating a community that does not have access by using all meeting features.

It has been an amazing platform for all our educational needs. This is probably the best product that a university or school can invest in especially during this pandemic situation.
When video is being used and when a different background is used and when the person moves it looks very fake and weird.
Overall MS Teams is a very good software with amazing features and amazing customer support.
It has bad connection when working remotely. With a team of 30 on one call, we were getting every other word in and it made meeting ineffective.
Everything is extremely user friendly, with a nice graphical interface and all the other added integrated features are really a nice bonus too.
The most frustrating part is that teams can crash if there are too many people on at once.
It has been great for sharing documents, doing presentations and it has been a great tool for keeping up with interdepartmental communication.
Threads can become confusing. Replies can get lost in larger messaging groups and conversations confused on the threads layout.
Great platform, user interface is user friendly and easy to follow. Many features like file sharing, wiki and many more which super helpful for every teams on the company.
I like the great number of functionalities in the software. The amount of security built into the software is relieving.
Great integration with other working tools such as calendar, email. Great voice quality when calling.
Great organizational opportunity to make a team of contact people per office/department. Love the ability to use other apps with it.
The screen sharing works like a charm, adding multiple to a call is easy and efficient. This will help any organization stay in touch with their employees.
It has been pretty good. Kind of brought about by necessity because of COVID, but has made it easier to succeed as a team despite being distanced from one another.
I use this software almost every hour and it's super easy to use. The fact you can share your screen with someone without needing to be in the call in my eyes is brilliant.
Microsoft Teams has a user friendly interface and excellent call quality. It was easy for our team to adopt and has been a useful tool since implementation.
In Conclusion, Microsoft Teams is an impressive option that I rely on due to its capabilities as well as the peace of mind its security provides especially with the price tag it comes with.
Customer support is really good, I only had the need for them couple times and they were able to help me very quickly.

Very good, easy to share content, presentation, be able to view participants. Very stable platform, video quality.
Everytime you scroll through the people in the room, all the camera screens have to reload. Half the people in our room have audio problems and it's very ugly to the eye.
Webex has an easy interface and is good with some integrations like outlook. Webex has a good mobile app.
Webex's design is atrocious, and its legacy features live behind separate interfaces—which are somehow even worse than the design of the main UX—that make them incredibly confusing to use.
Overall I think the Webex is a good and I do recommend it as a good video chat software I will definitely be using this soft ware on my laptop.
We have had trouble with the video when everyone first started working from home and opted for audio-only. I have also experience the inability to recorded meetings.
It has features that help you engage with your audience and some nice integration options. Webex has been my go to for many events and has been very successful.
More importantly, I hate how it always starts when I turn on my computer. I've changed my settings many things, but I can not get it to stop booting up when my computer turns on.
Cisco Webex has good functionality, is pretty intuitive to use, and the chat functions work well to ask questions, exchange information and the visual clarity is good.
Excellent web conferencing software suited for industrial users who love their data security and also require best team collaborations.
I love that it allows chatting with individuals during a conference, which is very helpful. The group chats, polls, raise hands; all these features are pretty cool and easy to use.
Webex is a wonderful program that allows you to share you screen and PAUSE your screen during your presentation. This is a wonderful feature that competitors do not have.
Easy to use : no need to install client S/W for meeting, only can invite an attendee by 2 steps. Good quality of vioce : can hear good quality of voice and latency is under 0.2 sec.
The most important thing, as it is with all video conferencing, is the video quality and reliability are top notch.
Webex is really cost effective - there's a great free version. I also love the fact that you don't need to download anything to use it, you can just click on the link in an invite.
It's a great brand to buy and trust. Overall , it is the first best tool for community.
That combined with the comprehensive screen-sharing feature makes it absolutely perfect to perform tech support.
My professor picked WebEx over Zoom because it was better for him to use with his budget and amount of students. WebEx is really good for small meetings with less then 10 people.

The overall experience have been great, free moving around, it feels like downloading what you want to keep and remember, and taking care of that.
The controls are frustrating, the design is unpleasant, and we spend more time trying to figure out how to use it than we did actually collaborating.
Aesthetically, Miro is also just great. I love how such a simple look is still capable of so many great features.
The usability of the software is a little difficult. While it's a feature-rich program, it tried to emulate physical tools such as a white-board, but fails on several facets.
Overall, a terrific experience that allowed our team to move ideas around in novel ways, leading to interesting new findings.
It's basically only usable when using a track pad, and even then the controls feel clunky and slow. Beyond that, the actual editing process of the pages is difficult and the menus are confusing.
Everything in Miro looks polished, accessible and is super easy to use. I do feel that the creators put an effort to create a great user experience.
You can’t always tell who added what to a project/board so it can be confusing to know what was changed/by whom.
It's a ton of fun, but also has amazing functionality for really structuring a meeting or activity. It has specific functions for facilitators so that they can control the flow of their activity.
Its ease of use and collaboration features. Also the templates are amazing and allow for a quick set up time for projects.
I love the ease of use in creating documentation that can be used to collaborate with team members. We use flowcharts consistently and this makes it easy.
I've just started to take advantage of the Asana integration, but there are other project management tools you can sync with as well. It's a great tool for remote collaboration.
It really empower organization to optimize meetings thanks to visualization. Useful also if used by one single person to organize ideas from everybody.
Helps us to collaborate in many different things like creating a business plan and build the investment deck. Has many and useful features.
Good for brainstorming and team working and collaboration and community based.
While the software does all of these things, the Kanban task management tools (especially for teams who practice Agile development or rapid sprints) is its most useful function.
Clean, simple interface; availability of add-ons; customer support; FAQ section and tutorial videos rock.
Miro is my place to go when I need to brainstorm ideas alone or with my team. The pricing model gives a lot of tools and features for free.

My favorite thing about Doodle is the ease with which you are able to design something. I also like having the ability to find out when everybody is available.
The only negative I can think of is that occasionally a recipient's email will block a Doodle poll.
I love the ability to send out a link and get a large group of people scheduled. The simplicity of the software makes it accessible even to our non-tech friendly staff.
I did encounter trouble when trying to set my availability. When I tried to give my schedule, I found it hard to pull down to occupy the whole time slot.
I enjoyed it because it allowed me to be creative and I was able to save all of the work in which I did.
I hate when it misses an event on my calendar.
It's a cool and effective tool for scheduling meetings. It's a super clean platform, simple and straightforward, and works really well.
The only thing that I dislike is that I wasn't aware of this software sooner.
It's very user-friendly and an amazing way to find common ground for meetings. And it integrates with Google calendar and Zoom which is nice.
Overall, I really appreciate the clean and professional interface that Doodle has, and the excellent quality of that Doodle provides for all their users.
It's been so great and has been so helpful as an administrator. I highly recommend this.
It is simply a very user friendly platform with simple but attractive interface. It will save your time and energy on organizing or scheduling a meeting or gathering.
My overall experience with doodle has been great. I love this software and I will definitely keep using it.
Perhaps the best part about the software is the auto-complete feature for meeting location. Another helpful feature is the cross-platform integration capability with Google and Microsoft.
I think my overall experience is a great one and I really appreciate that they have a free trial, but even the paid version isn't bad at all. Highly recommended and well worth the [reasonable] price.
The best part of Doodle is that it doesn’t require a subscription. You can send out Doodle poll to colleagues or whoever and the ease of it makes the response tome so much quicker.
They have wonderful customer service. This software is a must have.
I really enjoy using this software to set meetings for our Community Development Center housing over 10 non-profit businesses.
