Fine but definitely not as good as other competing products.
Once you are in the meeting, the video and sound quality is fine.
The features are not as user-friendly, or exist in some cases, as compared to Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

My company primarily uses Microsoft Teams for it's various uses. Although, I have used this as a free trial as I was interested in the features of GoToWebinar. The service has a great amount of customization features. Overall, very easy to use as well.
I liked my experience with the free trial. Although, I don't see my company switching to a new product.

Great option for hosting webinars for a lot of people. Admin settings are really easy to use.
It was a bit overpriced for us, we ended up moving to Teams.

Mostly use for webinars where I am a guest, not the host.
Easy to use and has a lot of features for use.
I can't say that it is any better than Zoom or teams.

GoToWebinar kept our teams in sync around the world.
As a part of a global training team, we used this tool everyday to talk to our partners both domestically and internationally. It was easy to setup meetings across timezones and with multiple users.
At times it would seem that the id of the host of ther meeting might get "hung up" in a meeting and we could not exit. The help desk could always assist though.

using the application has made collaboration among teams so simple
go to webinar is simple to use with a clean user interface, I like the ability to create meetings click and share with participants to join but also enables recording of meetings and give host powers to mute and unmute
Using the application needs an internet connection before being used and poor internet affects everything like recording can be of poor quality

I have used it on several occasions for business presentations and meetings with vendors. It has met my need in that regard.
It allows easy management of meetings and presentations with people from different companies.
I don't like it for internal company meetings because I find MS Teams to work much better.

good quilty sound and picture quilty also don't require admin access to install so provides more easy of access.
I can't really think of anything as we only use this weekly and our preferred partner for meetings is Teams

We are currently not solving any business problems. Our overall experience has been very positive when we use it
The ease of use and its usefulness. We are able to do so much and share so much as a team with this software
We dont use gotowebinar very often because we use teams when when we do it is always a positive experience.

Overall, GoToWebinar has increased our ability to reach out ot our sales teams in the most efficient way possible. Using GoToWebinar is the closest thing you can get to being in the same room with all of the participants. I really don't feel that anything is left out in the overall experience.
I like that we can train our entire sales force all at once, while allowing them to submit questions in real time. It makes training sessions feel more personal and as a result, our sales teams are able to learn new materials and features of our business more easily. We are able to share not only live video, but desktop streaming as well which allows us to share charts and analytic info with the participants. Another great feature is that there can be multiple streamers running the webinar from different locations, joining in together to do the presentation while the guests can all view and hear, while at the same time have the ability to submit questions and comments via the chatroom.
Zero complaints about GoToWebinar. It provides everything we need to demo our latest products and marketing materials to our sales teams.

Great for a business that needs to present to large distributed groups/teams without glitches.
The application is simple to interact with as both a presenter and a viewer, loads quick and has had no issues with connectivity
There is very little I don't like. Perhaps it could be better to use for meetings rather than presentations, but that's not really its purpose.

Overall GoTo Webinar is a quality product that allows teams to meet and be productive in today's work environment.
I love that my team can meet in a virtual environment and get our work done. We can discuss and share information easliy.
I find that sharing screens is confusing. Also, wanting to use computer audio without options is annoying.

This software is super helpful when you're trying to connect with outside vendors or teams. I've used this a lot for webinars.
It's tough to navigate within sometimes, and also doesn't function properly if I try to utilize a different screen on my computer at the same time.

We have been able to stay connected visually to our teams during this pandemic which is very important. Conference calls don’t have the same affect that seeing faces and shadings screens can do.
I like the effectiveness to remain connected to your teams and share information that can be time sensitive. Especially during this pandemic it is imperative to connect with your teams and be able to emulate being together to share information, make sure everyone is receiving the same information, and to have time to discuss, ask questions, etc.
I have had difficulty in getting signed into the software and being able to be set up as the presenter. It’s not as straightforward as it should be and takes extra time to get things set up and create work around to be able to get things set up for meetings.

It is a useful tool for communication along with other software that we use for these purposes - Zoom, Teams, Google Meet etc.
Always delivers when we use it. Simple to operate, nice clean imagery and video, with clear audio and consistent delivery.
Nothing to dislike. The product has delivered in every area that we require it to do so.

We signed up for the service a while ago while looking for a solution to host many of our remote partners and it filled the need at the time. It was difficult to manage multiple people arranging different meetings but once the ground work was done the meetings always ran smoothly with both video and audio (streaming and on the phone for those that used that option).
The service was easy to set up at the time and filled a missing piece of our puzzle for our communications and training teams.
The service was difficult to manage with multiple users and because a bit of a hassle to use when trying to arrange different sessions with different departments.

GoToWebinar makes it easy to select your settings like muting yourself during meetings. It is also easy to share your screen and let other people present as well. Video quality comes through well and the tool shows you who is speaking which is nice.
No major cons, tool is pretty similar to zoom or Teams meetings. You have an option to rate your experience after each session which makes me think others may have experienced issues but they actively try and get feedback.

I used Go To for a webinar at work hosted by others. Typically we use Teams however for this instance we used Go To and while it was simple enough to "join" the meeting.
I had to download an app to my phone instead of being able to join with the web, which I would have preferred.

Overall, our team loves GoToWebinar. We host about 10-20 webinars a year and GoToWebinar has made hosting these events a breeze. We love being able to play videos that have been previously uploaded. That new feature has been a game changer for us.
We have used a lot of web conferencing tools at my company and GoToWebinar/GoToMeeting is the best of the bunch. It's by far the easiest to use. Setting up a webinar is a breeze, adding panelist and organizers is easy and the few features such as playing recorded webinars makes my team's job much, much easier.
Like all web conferencing software, connectivity can be an issue. We have experienced dropped calls, people being unable to log in, loaded videos not playing. This can be frustrating; however, GoToWebinar has far less issues than any of the other products we've used (On24, Webex, Teams).

Overall this has been the best application that I have used compared to competitive products like Jabber, webex and Goto meetings
Best features that stand out is both individual and team collaboration along with meetings and Teams document and file sharing and integration with sharepoint. Screen sharing, Dial in options for meetings, Company directory integration, availability on browser and mobile apps, Integration with Outlook, etc to name a few. Transition from Jabber and Cisco Webex was easy.
There are a couple of instances where call quality could be bad or choppy. It would be nice to have a screen share option available through multiple devices when connected to a meeting using multiple devices.

Microsoft Teams helps my organization stay in constant contact throughout the workday making me more productive and providing excellent customer service. We no longer utilize a phone, all communications are done via a Team call which can easily turn into a video call or screen-sharing session.
I find Microsoft Teams is easy to use on my laptop as well as my phone/iPad. The chat and meeting feature also works extremely well on any device. I enjoy working in Teams and prefer it to several other communications platforms.
We recently utilized the webinar functionality and feel it could be improved. The creation of the session and registration pages worked as desired, but the live webinar portion was clunky compared to some that I've used.
