IamResponding enables administrators to build and maintain an emergency contact database with information such as family contact details, blood type, preferred hospitals, and more. It lets supervisors track the live location of first respondents and distribute accurate information about estimated time of arrival (ETA). It also lets supervisors track expiration dates for CPR certification, narcotics license, EMT carts, and vehicle registration certification on a centralized platform.
IamResponding’s built-in chat functionality allows teams to establish two-way communication across the organization. It lets professionals utilize the text-to-speech technology to announce alerts via audio amplifier systems.
