Language detection ensures responses are delivered in the client language. Intake screening and scoring automatically classifies each inquiry by practice area and urgency and generates a viability score from zero to one hundred. A conflict check is performed by cross referencing new inquiries against existing matters. A morning digest consolidates intake activity into a prioritized dashboard that ranks new leads by score, flags overdue follow ups based on configurable thresholds of seven, fourteen, or twenty one days, and summarizes priority emails grouped by matter. Each digest item includes a pre drafted response available for attorney review, editing, and approval. Follow up tracking monitors all client communication threads and generates alerts when contact lapses exceed the configured threshold, offering drafted follow up messages to reduce client abandonment. The platform employs a privilege safe architecture with AES two hundred fifty six encryption and requires attorney approval for all outbound communications.
LegalContext integrates with existing email systems through OAuth authentication for Gmail and Microsoft Outlook, removing the need for password sharing. The software is designed as a standalone solution that complements existing technology ecosystems and does not require migration from established practice management platforms. Integration options include embeddable web intake forms and connections to WhatsApp Business and SMS lines. Email content is not stored within the system and remains separate from core practice management data, enabling attorneys to maintain existing workflows while incorporating automated intake capabilities.
