The customer support for the software is terrible. I emailed them about questions on the software and it took them 2 weeks to respond, and then the response was very vague.

I liked the control and customization of the call flows and the greetings. It's a must that there is an app (although below I have made improvement suggestions).

We were able to do a lot of very nice things with our phone system to make us sound like a huge company. Customer service was always right on, quick, and friendly.

Maybe it is my phone, but the app disconnects sometimes and I miss a call without it ever ringing. I go around this by having it ring directly to my cell.

I noted that due to my delay in cancelling I would eat the 1st $49.99 BUT IF I HAD BEEN GIVEN MY TRIAL, I WOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN BILLED THE 2ND MONTH.

I have found the platform to be very slow and difficult to navigate when just starting.

The sales person was great and if the software does what he said-it is good. I got as far as downloading the ap on my phone and logging in online.

We never miss a call, even with being a small company.
