OnRelay is a business phone system that enables businesses across diverse industries to queue calls, view communications in a shared view and manage users. Key features include custom voice menus, automated attendant, video conferencing and call routing.

OnRelay provides a shared inbox for messaging and supports voice over internet protocol (VoIP) for calling colleagues. Administrators can view call history, handle group memberships, define business’ working hours and upload external contacts within the system.
