I like that I can access my mail from anywhere, even while I'm traveling. PostScan Mail also has nice and courteous customer service.

PostScan Mail is extremely inefficient, very slow and dishonest 75% of the time.

I will have unique requests and they are always very quick to help me out. They really have the best customer service around.

What is worse is that I left a message yesterday and this morning, yet have received no return calls. In addition, every time I call the 800 number, I just get a recording.
