With Sakon TEM’s inventory management module, Synkronize, stakeholders can manage self-service ordering, process invoices, generate reports, and view the total network and mobile cost for payment via the dashboard.
Sakon TEM enables businesses to manage mobile device inventory across various carriers, geographies, and types and provides employees with help desk tools to submit complaints or procurement requests. Administrators can also use the platform to maintain an inventory of SaaS applications, track all purchased, activated, and in-use subscriptions, and calculate the annual expenditure.
