Clearview overview
What is Clearview?
Clearview is a telecom expense management platform developed by Valicom. It maintains a centralized inventory of an organization's telecom services across voice, wireless, and data, processes and validates carrier invoices against that inventory and against contracted rates, tracks contracts and renewal dates, and allocates costs to the correct departments and GL codes. Validated invoice data feeds directly into the organization's Accounts Payable system, so only reviewed charges reach the payment queue. The platform includes more than 100 standard reports covering spend, inventory, contracts, and savings. It can be operated by an organization's internal team or managed by Valicom's analysts as part of a broader TEM engagement.
