The service for sending emails bans their users for sending emails, and then you have to open a support ticket to reactivate your account which takes almost 2 weeks to get an initial response.

I still haven't been able to be a teammate under a different admin account in sendgrid.

Here’s the bottom line: if you value your time, money, or sanity, I urge you to *avoid SENDGRID at all costs*.
