SIPTRUNK also provides services, sales, and marketing department leaders with real-time call data, allowing them to monitor team and individual activity.
SIPTRUNK additionally offers fax-to-email and fax over IP (FoIP) services to businesses. The fax-to-email service allows users to receive incoming faxes to their email inbox in PDF format, and send email attachments as outbound faxes, with all faxes delivered through traditional TDM circuits (PRI lines). The FoIP solution provides users with a web portal for viewing their sent and received faxes, and utilizes copper lines (PRIs) for all fax delivery.
