It works most of the time, however, it glitches often enough and doesn't dial certain leads, which otherwise are dialable in other systems or even in Talkdesk at a different time.

It lacks some features that would be helpful for multiple leads dialing, namely no predictive dialer, which would increase efficiency.

I found the dialler to be a bit restrictive.

It's not a system that should be used if you have more than a hundred calls coming in at the same time, but if the call volume is down low it works just fine.

I could not transfer a call if the queue was busy the call would bounce back and forth for more than ten minutes.  

There have been a few hiccups with the integration, but they were all rather easy to fix.
