TMS Tickets helps users streamline the ticket entry process through job templates which can be replicated for repetitive hauls. Tickets can be entered manually or imported from integrated scale software to avoid duplicate data entry. Customers can be billed by the job, week, or day with all tickets consolidated onto a single invoice. Driver settlements are automated based on customizable pay formulas while accounting integrations facilitate seamless revenue tracking in accounts receivable, payroll, and accounts payable.
Key features include flexible rating options (ton, bushel, CWT, flat rate, mile, gallon, yard), additional charge and sales tax support, password protection, built-in reports, customizable invoices and pay sheets, and special billing formats for individual customers.
