It is very flexible in terms of reports your can obtain and strategies of auto dialing for your agents

The only remark is that the server works only under OpenSUSE. And this operating system is not very popular in our country.

I also believe that training should be done in countries other than the United States as new immigration policies prevent them from easily obtaining a visa to enter the U.S.
