This software just works. Very similar to GoTo Meeting.
All of this software requires a learning curve. Not really a negative.

The thing I liked most about this product is that it was so simple and easy to use.
Doesn't have as many features as I feel like goto meeting has.

Not good at all, avoid if possible. GoTo Meeting and Zoom are a lot better
Difficult to pick anything I liked about this tool. Only good thing was that it came for free with other tools that our company purchased
Terrible usability, breaks often, calls dropped a lot, difficult to join bridge for users, no good screen sharing options

I have been using this tool in my office to interact with clients in US on daily basis and found this tool very efficient. The quality of sound and video is amazing. The swift connection make it on edge.
Cisco webex is one of the best tool among all other meeting tools in terms of voice quality, user friendliness, connecting etc. Its widely used and very efficient meeting tool. The best thing i like about this tool is it's speed. It responses very fast and smooth.
Best quality comes at a good price. Yes cisco webex meetings is bit expensive than other tools like goto meeting or zoom.

Easy to use and setup. I've bounced between this and Goto meeting depending on the company I have worked for. Everyone is familiar with both solutions.
Goto meeting is a little bit more intuitive and seems to have one less hiccup every time I use it. This is just slightly less used than GoTo because it is in the Cisco network and so many corps are just switching to skype.

This has been my favorite tool to use, over Zoom, GoTo Meeting, JoinMe, Hangouts, and even UberConference. Best tool on the market.
The google chrome plugin makes this meeting tool a breeze to integrate into your calendar, email, and other normal processes. Accessing your meeting room, inviting meeting guests, and calling in from wherever is maybe the easiest I've seen. Once you're in the meeting, sharing your screen, files, and other items is extremely simple and doesn't require your meeting guests to download plugins or apps.
I could see how people not using Chrome may not find this tool as convenient. I imagine the price is higher than other alternatives.

Overall WebEx is my goto for virtual meetings and I would recommend it to anyone wanting a clean professional virtual meeting tool.
WebEx is easy to setup and use for a meeting, the features are all there for recording, messaging, calling in, configuring video/audio, sharing your screen, etc. Probably most worth noting is that compared to some other big names in this particular industry WebEx is among some of the more affordable options which really helps drive me to making it the option for me. Being a Cisco product, WebEx also has superb Enterprise integrations which are super handy.
I could see WebEx being a bit confusing to use as a new user. It is also not entirely clear how to record a meeting, especially if you don't have the Desktop software up and running.

It was easy to use, set up, schedule meetings and navigate the software itself.
It was easy for our customers to join the call and share our screens with our customers. The chat feature was also helpful.
GoTo was not often available for some of our customers that had stringent firewalls. They were not able to access GoTo.

Direct link, option to enable password. Live the call back option. App is great too. Good quality screenshare and robust.
I hate the way the client sticks on the top and overlays all the applications running. I can slide but I cannot move unlike goto meeting. Wish it was more flexible.

Cisco Webex was a goto product for us, but some problematic experience swayed us from it to some more reasonable alternatives.
Support for the product on all platforms is working okay, microphone support also works great, debugging problems on platform is somewhat easy
Support for the product has not been so great , also calling from landline usually was not working at all.

WebEx is my favorite conference call / meeting service to use because it is simple and easy for all to use and share screens.
Sometimes if a meeting gets rescheduled, the meeting number changes and then people are confused about how to access the meeting.

1. Easy to connect 2. very simple to schedule a webex meeting 3. we can provide our mobile number to connect the call. So, we can connect to the meeting while driving or shopping
Price: The webex meeting center cost to more compared to Microsoft Lync communicator and meeting center.

Add in with Microsoft outlook helps me keep track of all the meeting. I get notification on outlook which is great
The feature end meeting for all is not great. As a cohost, I can end meeting for all. It should only be the host who can end meeting

Cisco has always been my goto until 2020. With other competitors giving a lot more options and features that has changed.! I hope WebEx can catch up.
Webex has always been a go to for meetings and video conferencing. Integration with Cisco microphones and TouchPad makes it very easy to use andprovides great audio/video quality. Integration with outlook helps scheduling meetings quick.
WebEx needs to update a lot. Especially with the pandemic and everyone attending meetings from home. Needs additional background masking and ability to host webinars. Ability to interact with stickers will be a huge plus

Using this software has been a staple of large companies we have worked with in the past and I'm still not quite sure how they sold large corporations on this tool.
There is very little to like about this product. After installing all their software and complicated changing line information from meeting to meeting you are only left with the sub-par audio quality you could get on any other conferencing tool with much easier set-up time.
Required installing of software Complicated changing line information from meeting to meeting Sub-par audio quality

I have used many different web meeting softwares or sites. WebEx is one of my favorites. Scheduling quick meetings is a breeze with the personal room feature.
Meeting center and starting a quick meeting with someone.
The Event Center isn't very user friendly and a little confusing if you don't know what you are doing.

We love Go to Meeting immensely better than WebEx (we were using WebEx prior to switching over to Go to Meeting)
Our firm loves this product. We work with clients at different locations which make in-person meeting not feasible. Go to meeting allows us to work with our clients remotely to plan & finalize drawings to best suit their requirements and preferences. Love the ability to share our desktop so our clients can visualize the proposed plans and we can collaboratively finalize the end product.
Sometimes it's a little slow when trying to initiate the meeting, and the client has to wait for the meeting to initiate on their end though we are both online already.
