What is XM Connect?

XM Connect is a communication software that helps businesses of all sizes in healthcare, finance, education, and other industries streamline operations related to call routing, voicemail distribution, message scheduling, fax management, and more on a centralized platform. The interactive voice response (IVR) module lets staff members create voice call menus in multiple languages to manage customer requests.

XM Connect's personal attendant tool uses speech recognition technology to schedule meetings, listen to emails via text-to-speech, access voicemail, and make outgoing calls. Administrators can set up call queues, which let customers leave callback numbers and track wait time and queue lengths. The unified messaging platform lets associates receive and handle emails, voicemails, and fax messages on a centralized location, whilst maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines, such as HIPAA, GDPR, SOX, and FERPA.

XM Connect comes with an API, which lets businesses integrate the system with several third-party solutions, including Avaya, Cisco, Microsoft 365, Broadsoft, IBM Notes, and Ribbon Communications. It also allows users to create notification campaigns and communicate via pre-recorded voice and text messaging-based announcements.
