Zivver allows users to retract emails, view risks, causes, and impact of data breaches, configure workflows, and generate custom reports. Organizations can utilize the transport layer security (TLS) capability to establish a secure communication channel between employees and recipients to avoid breaches and interception via external sources. Administrators can also use the audit and communication logs to track the activities of users, gain insights into employees’ performance, and report data loss events to authorities.
Zivver supports integration with various third-party platforms such as Gmail, Microsoft Outlook, Office 365, and more via APIs. Other features include two-factor authentication, compliance management, email encryption, single sign-on (SSO), activity dashboard, automated notifications, and analytics.
