My favorite thing about Zoom Workplace is it's popularity and trustworthiness that allows me to feel confident inviting new clients to a meeting.

I requested to reduce my number of licenses twice in 2024 — once in March and again in November — and was never told about a “30-day renewal window” for making changes. When my contract renewed in February 2025 for another year (5 licenses I didn’t need), they refused to help, claiming I’d missed that hidden deadline.

The notes-taking tool could be improved as well as the screen sharing option which, when you share yours, can be very confusing.
