The archive handles indexing of data in emails, files, documents and databases, combined with a fulltext search. The search function combines with end-user access (via online portal, Outlook integration, or mobile app) to let employees access their archived files for reference or rehydration into the live server without waiting on admin intervention. This increases productivity without compromising on safety - the admin retains full control and can restrict access for individual users.
