My overall experience is like Equitrac Express for it's robust solutions.
It integrates seamlessly with Active Directory computers on the local network. Equitrac Express allows us to allocate printing costs and generate reports.
This platform is amazing with no dislikes.

It was a reliable piece of software that didn't ever break on us however with the move to cloud computing it is lagging behind a bit. This may change but it doesn't now cover all bases for us, however the ones it does cover it does well.
The software was solid and never broke/had problems. It worked really well on active directory computers on the local network
It didn't work well for us on our cloud computing devices that wasn't connected to the local network and was a fairly bulky heavy bit of software that took some setup, once setup was ok however.
