Good image for client's uploading process, ease of controlling potential buyers' access, branding options allow use of client photos used in CIM and other data.

When downloading files the downloaded file included the location number in the beginning of the document title, this was burdensome when needing to duplicate a room.

It's hard to find the toggles for participants notification settings if you don't remember where the option exists (one place) and what it looks like (it says something different.  

Some of the documents had too long file paths when downloading which would create 0MB files, not helpful.

However, the inability to click through from logs to files was a consistent frustration when tracking due diligence activity.

The Excel viewer is a little bit poor and the Q&A module should be improved for the answering team (bulk management of questions, questions closed, rejected etc...)
