The support part has ample room for improvement: sometimes it is not immediately easy to retrieve the information needed to solve certain operations.

The only con I have experienced so far: It doesn't have the functionality to import images in a "batch" setup to match with records in the database where a field is reserved for an image.

It was very helpful that the interface was easy and understandable.

I’m not the brightest bulb on the tree but I like puzzles and usually can poke the code long enough to get it to do what I want.

Being able to link HVAC units to rooms and link service records to rooms and units is only one example of the multitude of things that can be done.

Not only in obvious cloud functions like sending mail via send-grid.

For example, it is not possible to specify that an object should be placed on the next page.
