An integrated website builder with a visual block based editor enables establishments to construct and publish an accommodation website on a custom domain. The iCal based channel manager synchronizes availability across distribution platforms with transactional locking to prevent overbooking without external software.
Electronic invoicing capabilities include generation of receipts, fiscal receipts and electronic invoices with automatic synchronization to Fatture in Cloud accounting software. The platform automates guest registration form submission to police authorities through the Alloggiati Web system at check in and generates monthly ISTAT statistical reports. Smart door access functionality issues eight digit PIN codes for keyless entry via compatible terminals enabling unattended guest arrival. An integrated email client supports guest correspondence within the management interface with artificial intelligence suggestions for automated responses and an AI powered chatbot trained on property specific information provides twenty four hour guest support.
Customer relationship management tools maintain comprehensive guest profiles including stay history, preferences and document storage to support personalized engagement. Reporting features track revenue, occupancy metrics, revenue per available room and guest origin data with export options for external analysis. Two factor authentication requires a one time password code sent via email for each login attempt and IP address whitelisting blocks unauthorized network access prior to credential entry. Integration is available with Fatture in Cloud for accounting synchronization and with distribution channels via standard calendar feeds.
