System Center overview

What is System Center?

System Center is a data center management software that helps businesses of all sizes monitor networks, system storage, security, and more. It offers integration with cloud platforms and provides teams the ability to gain insights into system analytics and diagnosis metrics affecting the health of monitors.

The solution enables administrators to scan the workload across Windows, Linux, and UNIX operating systems, identify problems and notify relevant personnel to resolve issues. System Center also lets professionals compile routine operations or system-level workflows and execute them using PowerShell scripts to deliver tasks across data centers.

The platform lets admins manage devices in the storage area network (SAN) to create, assign, and mask logical unit numbers (LUN) and manage internet small computer systems interface (iSCSI) as well as fiber channel capabilities. System Center also provides a service center automation module, which lets managers use service request form templates to share relevant information with concerned individuals via a self-service portal.

Need to have both really. They are excellent.

Endpoint Insights gives the reporting options so we know what needs to be done, while Right Click Tools gives the control to do what needs to be done efficiently.
