Twilio provides the layer of programmable voice api, it means you can use their sdk to build an messaging and calling application easily, it starts cheap and for small scale of application, it is very good.

The phone number I purchased has been unusable (returning busy signals when called) while this verification process drags on. When I attempt to test my configured flow, it doesn't work, likely because the account verification is pending.

On top of that, the platform is poorly usable, unnecessarily complex, and the documentation does not help with real-world implementations.

Then you go to Twilio and get your Auth Token (second .env) and create a Service that has its own token (third .env) , then you integrate that with your sendGrid Template and I forgot where exatly but there some fourth token you need.

There is very little proactive communication.
