Exizent is a legal case management software designed to help legal firms and institutions streamline bereavement processes via a unified platform. The application enables organizations to connect and communicate with deceased individual’s families and executors and automate probate and executory operations.

Exizent allows legal teams to create, organize, and upload information about beneficiaries, assets, and liabilities to the system in real-time. It lets administrators capture, verify, and store clients’ estate information about properties, investments, vehicles, and more in a centralized repository. It also helps managers assign cases to team members, configure workflows, generate custom reports, and manage clients.

Exizent enables legal professionals to create court forms, automatically populate information from case files to Export C1 and PA1P forms, and archive documents for future reference. The platform also lets users secure client information through data encryption capabilities and handle data entry, asset discovery, and valuation operations.
