Rightsline overview

What is Rightsline?

Rightsline is a cloud-based software designed to help sales, finance, and legal teams manage intellectual property catalogs, deals, inventory, and rights via a unified portal. The platform includes a customer relationship management (CRM) module, which lets organizations create and maintain a database of companions and parties involved in deals for future reference.

Rightsline allows asset owners to view, monitor, and handle intellectual property rights and assets across multiple platforms and markets in real-time. It offers a host of features such as invoice creation, digital asset tracking, catalog management, account statement generation, and more. Its catalog management functionality enables users to track licensable intellectual properties including sibling and hierarchical associations across episodes, albums, series, songs, and other products in a centralized repository.

Rightsline’s accounting management module allows supervisors to create check requests, invoices, and credit memos automatically or manually against deals. Managers can also gain insights into deals, alerts, revenue, transactions, and other data via pre-defined reports.
