Tracker is a legal case management platform that helps criminal justice agencies automate the entire litigation lifecycle, from point of arrest and court-ordered sentences to follow-ups and outcome evaluation. Attorneys can conduct pretrial screenings, ancillary tests, or risk assessments on all defendants and store case notes, among other confidential documents, in a secure online database. The Tracker platform handles cases related to adult or juvenile probation, detention, community corrections, residential treatments, and parole.

Using Tracker, firms can manage administrative sanctions, generate ad-hoc reports, and receive automatic reminders on upcoming appointments. It allows employees to view assigned cases, customize forms or letters, and sort data into lists, enabling them to quickly identify and track cross-references between families, households, and associates. It also helps users create summary reports, calculate the due dates of cases, and manage caseloads related to domestic violence, driving while intoxicated (DWI), operating while intoxicated (OWI), and more.
