It's initially quite complex to get your head around, and there is the odd bug hidden within it.
It was great to have software that helped automate the process of keeping track of all the different certifications we require for our Health Care Team and notify them when updates needed to be made.
I have a hard time understanding the tutorial narrator. I am still fumbling with updating expiration dates.
Easy, customer service is really helpful. The software is very user friendly and it is east to navigate.

My overall experience with Email Manger Microsoft 365 is best, because its features is awesome. Its easy to creates new users, mailbox, shared mailbox, groups, on prem migration, archiving.
Reliance on internet connectivity disappoint sometimes.
This is secure with all the features and email gateway security. And main benefit is for this product is cost effective.
It does not save my signature when software is opened using a web browser. So that is frustrating as I need to copy and paste my signature manually all the time.
The licensing is very affordable and as a non-profit that is very important to us.
I love how it integrates with our Outlook client and how easy it processes emails. It integrates with the Outlook client, web and mobile.
This is one of the best email management system which is easy to deployed and manage users and mailbox over the Microsoft Cloud.

Outstanding Functionality & Features. The product is always improving and they take the time to review suggestions from their clients and implement these ideas into the product.
Finally, west admitted they had the WRONG registration key and they would correct THEIR mistake.
The outstanding customer service. Both the firm software account personnel and the technical support personnel have been great.
Also, even though we are using lots of Westlaw products, the integration with WL wasn't worth the loss of integration with all other platforms. And once you sign the contract, you are stuck with it.
Very stable platform, no glitches or bugs. Love the customizable dashboard for matters and the "status" feed on each matter.
Poor documentation of retainer application. Active matters "disappear." Scared to enter more time.
They were very nice and really helpful. Made it easy to get everything moved over from Firm Central to our new system that actually works.
The person actually admitted that to us. So many people cancel that they have people employed just to find out why.
This is a great Case Management system if your willing to invest the money to purchase the add on's like Custom Forms, Westlaw, Company investigator and etc.
The software would constantly delete the events on my calendar. The billing portion was difficult to use in that you had to transfer money by client and could not do a batch transfer.
The biggest benefit was the ability to automate the Custom Form Builder from data out of Firm Central.
I followed their process for cancellation and got a letter saying they would not let me out. They provided absolutely no customer service even when they said someone would call.
I like the ease of use that this software provides.
This software is clunky and difficult to use. We tried to hang in there for four months; however, the glitches never were fixed.

Attorneys and legal assistants can enter their time directly into the client's matter.
I've heard set-up can be difficult but that can really depend on what system data is being transferred from and how it is managed.

That any change must be made through Celant, there are no modifications or setting changes the user can manipulate.
A pleasure and a relief to receive the customer service support from people with expertise in both law and IT. Totally accountable, professional and delivers.
I would say that there are some formatting issues with exporting the documents to Word or PDF, but these issues are isolated to new features recently added.
Excellent customer service with immediate replies to questions, delivered with accuracy and attention to detail.
Easy to use (very intuitive) designed for lawyers, flexible and adaptable, reliable, allows one lawyer to generate the work of 2-3 lawyers.
We needed an automation engine that strengthen and standardize the quality of our loan closing documents. Celant does just that for us.
The software is incredibly easy to use and generates documents quickly and efficiently. The documents are able to be downloaded in an editable format as well so minor revisions can be done in-house.

And most importantly, the amount of time we save in document preparation, t least 80% savings.

The reports are great and being able to customize documents to merge saves a great deal of time. Love being able to order credit reports, appraisals and the like with this software.
I am stuck using other programs as well at this point due to the inability to "travel well" outside of an office atmosphere.
When I was learning this software and wanted to be able to create merge documents, the help desk was amazing. They explained everything clearly and gave me all the time I needed.
It has overall caused errors, and problems because of this.
I love Best Case and highly recommend the software for client management.
From a new user standpoint, this software is confusing to learn. It is not very intuitive.
The is the standard in bankruptcy software. Great quality and ease of use.
Software looks like it was written when computers first came out. If you make a mistake or something doesn't look right it can be hard to figure out how to fix it.
Crisp and clean interface, great support, easily modifiable forms, standard input templates.
The reports don't include the full SS#, there is no spot to add a DOB, and you can't copy the SS# to paste elsewhere. The interface needs updated.
The One Touch filing system works great and is a real timesaver.
The new forms that came out two years ago were a little strange, to say the least.
Therefore, I had to go with another company. I do like the ease of Best Case.

Great experience but the pricing for me was high with other products that are available.
The yearly cost to maintain this program is a killer. At times the yearly update changed the program which caused a new learning curve for staff, which caused delays.

I often click on data that is tied to a record of some sort and the record opens up to display all of its information, and that can be obnoxious.

The think I dislike about Curo is the navigation to see what a client has paid, what they owe, what they have in trust, and etc. It is difficult to understand the accounting side.
It is an overall great law firm management product for me to have confidence in.
There is a slight input lag which can make typing descriptions for tasks or billing a little tedious.

This could be a very important feature for some industries that need this kind of product.
The Outlook "Integration" is is difficult to mass deploy to users.
It is also awesome when a customer says "We never said that. I can rapidly find the message where they did say that.
Some users have difficulty finding emails, but they can always be found.
The ease of use and peace of mind that Arctitan provides.
It's easy to use and setup and the mailbox reader work great to import current mailbox.
The fact that all activity is logged is also a nice feature. A user cannot just go and start looking at everyones email without that activity being logged for accountability.
The ease of deployment and integration with our on Prem Exchange environment made deployment and ongoing maintenance a breeze.
Much better search tool than Microsoft E-discovery when searching for emails.
ArcTitan has worked well and serves the purpose for which it was intended. It works so seamlessly that I sometimes forget it is working in the background.
