Its integration capabilities are top-notch, effortlessly fitting into existing workflows without a hitch. The pricing is fair and aligns perfectly with the value it offers.
Repetitive and frustrating it was, until Docsketch came into my life.
It has a user friendly interface, has great security measures and the customer service is fantastic. Any emails we have sent to customer service have been replied to extremely fast.
My only complaint is that I can’t modify documents once they’re in DocSketch. Or perhaps I haven’t figured out how yet!).
I won that bet, it's fantastic. I work in digital forensics field and I needed a software to help me sign contracts and securely share documents in a secure environment and I finally found it.
The only thing I can think of is that there is no Integromat Integration as yet for me.
Docsketch makes signing and tracking documents seamless. The platform is constantly being improved, and the team welcomes feedback and are very responsive.
They are always adding new features, but sometimes when you're switching out contacts, or wanting to edit a template you sent out, it's very tedious and difficult to understand.

Not having all the right add-ons features when editing templates. No clarity on what each block does, no suggestions, or lack of templates to use.
She exceeded all expectations in thoughtfully working through and creating a checklist that I am thrilled to be implementing with my team as of this week.
This is a problem because Process Street's reporting tools only surface the checklist due date, not the subtasks.
Allows the team to keep the track of our customers, to see the exact phase of the journey and the specific tasks. The integration with our CRM is awesome and very helpful.
Inability to set permissions on subfolders without affecting the main folder. Inability to assign templates to members (which would surprisingly be useful in different situations).
Customer service is amazing and quick. Takes time upfront to learn the software, but you have great support along the way.
If i could decide it would be better for me that we payed for a year in advance since that would remove my problems but if the creditcard holder disagree what can you do.
I love checklists, and if you do as well, than you’ll love a Process St.

We had issues by creating the dataroom Index and technical problems with the vdr usb stick.
The most important positive aspect of this software is the 24/7 support. I have asked all sorts of questions with a prompt, friendly, and informative response.
It really has limited flaws; it lacks in the complexity of some of the larger competitors however I feel that these parts of the software can be found in other places.
This is a very comprehensive product - all our our clients/users love it also.
Professional looking platform great and easy for our investors to navigate. With the document permission levels, I feel our data is secured and can be revoked anytime.
Ability to rapidly move from document to document. The blackout screen is nice as well in the even that you are looking at salary or Health information and you don’t want others to view it.

I love the ease with which I can take apart PDFs, redesign, and put them back together. It is intuitive to use, and I've enjoyed playing with the features.
I opened and tried to work with ONE document and the program infected every other PDF on my computer, rendering all useless as they would not open in ADOBE or WORD once I had deleted the program.
It helps me create fillable surveys for clients and students that makes it easy for everyone. I am pleased with the software.
Stability problems dealing with larger pdfs, started getting worse when version 7 launched and the developer decided they needed more revenue. We will probably not be buying the upgrade.
PDFElement is my favorite PDF reader and I recommend it for all types of users, from the most basic to the most advanced.
Having to purchase 2 separate licenses is costly and one license should permit at least 2 systems or 2 systems of differing platforms. Customer support/communications: non-existinet.
I can hardly believe it is so pleasurable to use. Good software community forums will almost always find an answer to any questions you may have.
Setting us the signature is something our team has had trouble with but we haven't contacted support yet.
The ability to redact information is very useful. The program is easy to use for this particular task.
The integration with MAC is much more seemless. It has been good to date and is getting even better with upgrades.
The OCRS became helpful to use when trying to edit and fill in documents that were sent to me but not created to type directly in. The best part, it was really inexpensive to do.

And it has most of the essential tools you would find in pricier alternatives like Acrobat. Also, doesn't require an annual subscription.
Overall you get more bang for your buck with Adobe Acrobat. Adobe has community support as well as individual support and is widely accepted across many platforms.

The team at ServeManager is often updating the software and the software does a great job at keeping me on top of all of my serves. It keeps me organized and my clients love the quick updates.
I wish there was a tab under serve status for the bad addresses. When you log an attempt as a bad address it just shows up in serve manager as an attempt.
I am pleased with the functionality and ease associated with preparation of Declarations and other legal documents.
Now on the platform you click on the address and it does nothing more than give you the step, no audio or turn by turn which is very poor usage and now adds more time.
We appreciate the work put into this system. The staff at SM is very helpful as well, and always pleasant.
These precludes having to establish three separate accounts and confuse clients due to overlapping geographical entities.
I am happy with the ServeManager software and the support group is great.
The reports are generally cumbersome and not intuitive. The reporting is very limited.

I like that this not only makes the serve process easier, but it integrates billing, affidavits and customer updates in a super simple process.
The software is easy to learn and covers everything I need to do the job. Customer service is excellent.
I have had a wonder experience with ServeManager. I talked to them about specific forms I needed integrated for specific clients and they set the forms up so that everything worked perfectly.
Pricing and ease of use, ability to customize Affidavits is also key.

I wish there was a tab under serve status for the bad addresses. When you log an attempt as a bad address it just shows up in serve manager as an attempt.
I am pleased with the functionality and ease associated with preparation of Declarations and other legal documents.
Now on the platform you click on the address and it does nothing more than give you the step, no audio or turn by turn which is very poor usage and now adds more time.
We appreciate the work put into this system. The staff at SM is very helpful as well, and always pleasant.
These precludes having to establish three separate accounts and confuse clients due to overlapping geographical entities.

Organization is fantastic and the integration with DocuSign is great. We use other esignature programs so expanding options in that regard might be a useful goal.

Closing folders is a great program that keeps our files organized. The customer service offered by Closing Folders is outstanding.
For example, if I linked a document to the wrong item from the Agenda, I would like to easily drag and drop it to another item without having to trash it.
Any requests for changes have been met with so much positivity and any questions are always answered quickly. Overall my experience is fantastic and i could not recommend Closing Folders more.
