They have top-notch customer service that is really helpful and they really care. And it shows because they actually offer phone support, something so few marketing software companies actually do.

AWeber was my first email marketing system and I was happy with it for several years. It's fairly easy to use despite having a rather clunky and old-fashioned interface.

There's very little I dislike about this software. My only complaint is small - when creating a new sequence, you can't change the "trigger" that initiates the flow.

I like Klaviyo's flows the best. It's easy to learn how to trigger action-based flows from activities on your e-commerce site.

I would highly recommend  Klaviyo to anyone who is working in E-Commerce - I cannot get over how easy to use the platform is.

It was difficult to understand at first. You would have to read a lot of documentation before you can understand basic features.

Not everything is customizable. While fonts can be imported, they don't always show up on email browsers so you're limited by Klaviyo's native fonts.
