Bombbomb is pretty easy to use with being able to choose different lists to send to but I feel like some of the emails tend to get marked as spam.

The design and functionality of the platform are decent, but a little clunky. While it's a relatively simple platform, I think there is considerable room for improvement.

Really my only complaint is that when I have to export all of our updated client lists into Excel for our bulk mail outs and then upload into bomb bomb, it seems to be a bit of a duplication of efforts.

The Gmail plugin is brilliant but built on older architecture, so it can sometimes act slightly unpredictably and doesn't always pick up the webcams available.

They did what people wanted.   But tech support taught me a trick so I can go back and do it the old way, when I want.    

The BombBomb support is always really good as well with their BDR's reaching out periodically to check in.
